About Robert's Steakhouse

  • Tantalizing cuisine
  • Enticing Menu
  • Critically Acclaimed Chef's

Robert's Steakhouse began 2007 by being featured in a stellar restaurant review by none other than the legendary food critic, Frank Bruni, of the revered New York Times. He cited Robert's Steakhouse for its magnificent, atrium style mezzanine level restaurant located within the club, as having some of the very best steaks in New York City. He also went on to describe his dining experience as "the beef, I devoured, breathlessly, ecstatically." Others have commented with equal fervor about the restaurant, such as: Vogue raved "The best steak dinner in town" and Saveur Magazine selected Robert's chef Adam Perry Lang as the "Master of Meat." The country's greatest strip club steakhouse has taken quite a bit of joshing over the years, but the joke is on anyone who hasn't had their dry-aged ribeye. For a certain kind of person the scenery only improves the flavor.

Outstanding Steaks - Great Wine List - GREAT atmosphere – Nothing better for a hot-blooded male than a quality steak, beautiful ladies and a reputation good enough to let the wife allow me to go! This place is a brilliant option for those who work hard and hard too tired to deal with the typical steakhouse conversation or annoying club bottle service. Why not just revel in your natural carnal desires all in one place! Beware... if you are looking for either a quiet, conservative place to have dinner with colleagues or a wild happy-ending venue this isn't the place for you. It's simply a classy, yet-sexy place to feel again like one of the guys.

BEWARE! Not recommended – Went there for dinner during a bachelor weekend. Very expensive (50+ per steak), meat was overcooked/charred to the point of being inedible in some places. Tried several different cuts. Service was not good. Insult upon injury, there were NO DANCERS THERE at 930PM on a saturday nite (why would anyone come there for dinner otherwise?). The waitstaff tried to get the party to stay for drinks until some women showed up, but when we asked them to comp a round of drinks they looked at us as if we were crazy. We just left, and went to a legitimate etsablishment. Too bad. Big dissappointment. Go to a real steakhouse in the city, and go to another strip club afterwards that actually has women there.
