Truly an AMAZING artist – Teresa is one amazing designer. I had my invitations for my wedding custom made and I love them! I have gotten so many compliments on my Save the Date’s for my wedding, which were beautiful and outstanding. My wedding invitations are almost finished and I love them. Teresa captured my style and interests quickly and produced awesome invitations. She works with you to find what you like, but listen to what she has to say or why she does it that way because as the designer she does know what works and looks aesthetically best. I expect just as many, if not more compliments on my wedding invitations. She puts a part of you into the invitations; she spoke with me on the phone multiple times and viewed my pinterest account to make sure she understood my interests and tastes. My invitations reflect who my Fiancé and I are without losing the class and elegance that a wedding invitations should have. Teresa worked closely with me through email and the phone to make sure I loved the final product. The timeline that was given me was accurate and I have received everything in a timely manner. I will and have recommended her to many of my friends. It is not often that you find someone with such great talent and service. Teresa is a true artist, whose spirit and joy in her work come to life in her work. It was a pleasure to work with her. Anytime I need an invitations for anything, I know where I will be going, An Occasion to Celebrate.

Wonderful service, Prompt responses and a Happy Bride – I'm getting married and I decided to use An Occasion to Celebrate to do my save the dates and invitations. My Bride and I had nothing but excellent dealings with Teresa, we called her to talk about styles and within a 30 minute phone conversation she was, after a few hours of work, able to send us copies of how our save the dates could look.

They were AWESOME! Very creative, she managed to completely match what we wanted. She was also very open to playing e-mail tag to sort out the minor changes. We have received many compliments on them.

As to her responsiveness and dependability I can happily share that everything was done on time and exceeded our expectations. I have and will personally recommend them to all of our friends.

And as I said in my title, My bride is happy, and if you're getting married, you know how important that is.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER – I called and emailed Teresa the owner from Occasion to Celebrate on December 22, 2010 about placing an order for Birthday cards that we send out to all of our clients at my current business. I contacted her company due to the fact that she had been our previous vendor for these cards and placing an order through her was quicker then placing a new order through a different company. When I spoke to Teresa on the phone I explained that I needed the cards printed with our logo which is a service that they provided for us in the past. She said that it would be no problem since they already had everything set up from our previous order. She mentioned that custom orders take longer then the 5 business days listed on their web site and that she was still on Holiday vacation until after new years. I placed my official order with her on December 28, 2010 and told her that I needed the cards by January 21, 2011 which gave her nearly a month to get them to me. On January 18, 2010 I emailed and called Teresa to see if I could get a tracking number since they must be on the way, I called nearly everyday for a week and continued to get Teresa's voice-mail. I left her messages telling her to call me back. When I finally contacted her again she apologized said that she had been on vacation and that she wasn't sure what was going on with my order and that she would call me the next day, 2 days later when I called her again she told me that my order bounced around the office and that since it was custom that no one knew what to do with it. She knew that she had passed the January 21st deadline and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told her that it would take just as long to re-order them as it would be for her to just get my order right. She assured me that she would expedite my order and I would receive it NO LATER then February 11, 2011. Today February 15, 2011 I called Teresa to find out where my order was and she said it still wasn't ready. At this point I canceled my order due to the fact that my order was placed a month and a half earlier. I cant believe that a business would operate this way. Teresa seemed to always make excuses as to why it was not her fault when clearly she is the owner and according to her business profile has no more then 4 employees so I don't know how it is possible for my order to bounce around the office and not get taken care of. I would NEVER trust this company to prepare more important invitations such as wedding invitations when they have trouble with simple birthday cards that I could have gotten from Kinko's in 2 days instead of waiting over a month for a product that I would never receive! I am furious and would recommend that other people DO NOT USE AN OCCASION TO CELEBRATE FOR THEIR CUSTOM INVITATIONS!!!!!!
