Unwanted customer. I set up an appt a week and a half in advance and Highland called me on the day of to change my appt time, meaning that they had found a more important job to do than mine. IF you are looking for a cancellation, then this is the place for you!
Dear customer or business competitor. We respect all our customers, small or big jobs. There is ?NO?, more important job; than other, we professionally perform all. At Highland Carpet Care a small 1 to 5 % of jobs are rescheduled for usually 2 reasons traffic or technical problems, but Never more important jobs than other. In the past month absolutely no job was rescheduled!!!!
VERY GOOD. My carpet was in bad shape, it was devastated with stains and spills. After calling these carpet cleaners, its looks brand new. The price and service were remarkable as well. Very professional and courteous of my home. These guys really know their stuff on carpet cleaning.
Great Carpet Cleaning. My carpet was terible dirty. With 2 kids and a dog i need to clean my carpet every month. I'm happy with this company because they clean my carpet excellent, and for a lot less than my ex carpet cleaner. Thank You
Very professional, fast service.. Excellent in every respect. Dolla(?)& Ana were professional, courteous and detail oriented. In the past I have been extremely frustrated with various carpet cleaning services. Always overpaying for poor service. So happy to have found Highland. Looking forward to using them again.
