Lynn Lynn Lynn Lynn Lynn !! – I just moved in from California and didn't know where to go get my hair done . My friend suggested that i go to her salon, Poshe Salon . I made an appointment for my hair and facial and they booked me with Lynn . I was a little bit nervous because i didn't know how she would do but she did everything PERFECT . I got so many compliments on my hair and my skin . I was surprised that my hair looked so healthy and shiny and my freckles faded a lot . A week later, i made an appointment for my daughter and had Lynn cut her hair and put in some feathers in her hair . She looked so cute !! I now only trust Lynn to do my , and my daughter's hair and facials . I recommend Lynn for everyone !
Desiree! <3 :) – I have been going to Desiree since before she worked at Poshe'. I guess you could say I am a follower. :) She has been doing my hair since I was very young and she is still the only person I let do my hair. I have gone to other stylist before but noone compares to her. She always does my cut just right. She always listens to what I say and how i want my hair to be styled. My hair always turns out perfect. Also she is the only person I ever let color my hair, and again it always turns out perfect! Desiree has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. You dont have to worry about her messing up because when you are with her you know your in good hands. Most amazing Stylist ever! I recommend her to everyone!!
DESIREE IS MY FAVORITE STYLEST AT POCHE!! – I feel so blessed to have found Poche Salon and expecially Desiree!! As a former Hair Stylest, I am extremely picky on whom I allow to work on my hair. I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and extremely happy with my hair color, cut and style. Desiree is personable and professional!! She never is in a hurry and gives all of her clients the same quality time and makes sure they are totally satisfied with the outcome. Desiree stands by her work and is one of the best hairdressers, as well as a person with integrity. I am constantly complimented on my hair and I recommend Poche Salon, and especially Desiree...to all I come in contact with. Desiree is the BEST!!!!! – After moving to Oregon from California, I tried many different salons & stylist & can't believe how lucky I was to find Desiree. She is the BEST!!!! She takes the time & listens to what you want & makes sure you are happy BEFORE you even leave the Salon. She is so professional & has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She makes you feel so comfortable & she really knows her stuff. I have recommeded her to all my friends & family & everybody absolutely loves her!!!
pretty good – I've had two appointments with Julie. The first time I was very pleased. The second time I felt OK. She can cut your hair very well if she takes her time to work on your hair. If there are more clients after you waiting for her, her work wouldn't be as good.
Love Love Love Poshe' – I've been coming to Poshe' to have my hair done for years, and I absolutely love the results. I always get a cut and highlights and would never go anywhere else. Everyone there is great- even the girls at the front desk are super sweet and helpful!!
Desiree is my stylist and always does a fantastic job! I always leave looking beautiful and feeling great :) She is awesome and always listens to what I have in mind for my hair- although I have learned she does a fantastic job, so now I just ask her to do what she thinks will look best and it's always amazing.. That's rare to find!
I can't comment on the review below because I have never had any issues with my service, but I can say that Desiree is very sweet and accommodating- I recommend her all of the time when I get compliments on my hair cut and color.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! – I was a client of this salon for several years, but after working with Desiree, I won't be any longer. She absolutely refused to re-do a highlight job that she charged me $130 for -even though I had 2 inches of root grow out that was still visible when I left the salon. She is not a good colorist and is not at all sympathetic or caring once she takes your money! I had a MEDICAL CONDITION that left me HOSPITALIZED. BUT SHE DID NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THAT -- Her words were "I need to make sure that I make money". Not only did she refuse to offer any kind of discount to fix it, but she then went on to insult me and tell me that I "could be making up this story just to try and get a discount". Yes, the people that work there will be nice at first..but the minute you complain they treat you like a liar. I can't believe they would be willing to let go a client after several years over something this ridiculous!! They do not know what ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! MY NEXT STEP WILL BE A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you. I'm very sorry that you feel this way. Please note that your service was DONE in FEBRUARY, and this is the first time in almost TWO months, now you brought it to my attention. Professionally, I would have been more than happy to re-do your highlights within a REASONABLE time frame. However, coming back to request a redo after two months, I don't think it is fair for any hair stylists in any salon.
As a Color Specialist, I would have never allowed you to leave our salon with a 2 inch grow out.
As a customer, I would fully expect you to say something at the time of service.
We both agree with your most recent experience at Poshe' Salon, that it is best that you find a better fit.

Julie is fantastic! – Should have written this review a long time ago...
Julie is fantastic and does wonders with my fine, thin brown hair. She really brings it up to date and knows which looks I can pull off. I recommended her to my boss and she returned with a fabulous look that took at least 10 years off of her. Prices are very reasonable. I used to get a cut and color from a high end salon downtown. I am much happier with Julie and it costs less too!
Best Hair Salon in Hillsboro!! – I Just called today to move my appointment up and they said no problem. Now that is great customer service! While so many people write negative things on these sites, I thought I'd take the time to write something positive. I love going to Poshe to get my hair done by Lilly or my pedicures. I really look forward to it. It's one thing I do for myself about every 4 months. The music is great. Everyone is friendly and not snooty. They love kids and treat them very well. Lilly does my hair perfect also. I'm so happy they were able to more my appointment at this short notice! Thank you Lilly and Poshe!!! You are all so great!!!
Terrible – After reading all the reviews, I decided Poshe was the best place to get my haircut. When I called to make my appointment, I told the receptionist I wanted their best hair cut stylist and I was very nervous, and would be getting over 12 inches taken off. She booked me for a shampoo and cut with Lily, the salon owner, who she assured me was even better than Julie, who I read so much about.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was seated in a chair that still had someone else's hair clippings on it. I also looked around and noticed not one, but all the employees had terrible dye jobs and were generally ungroomed. The receptionist had her hair in a pony tail, and I don't think even bothered to put on make up. Not to mention the generally shabby and cheap look to the place. I looked around for anything redeeming and the only thing I found was the city search award. Against my better judgment, I stayed.
When Lilly was ready for me, I told her I wanted my length taken from 3/4 of the way down my back to between my shoulders and chin. (I was cutting off a bad dye job I had gotten at the last salon I tried here in town) She suggested an A-line cut, I said no way. I wanted all one length with some long layers, not shorter in the back than in the front. Also, I didn't want it the ends to flip out, nothing crazy. She suggested layering the front around the face and some bangs. Again I said no.
She then began to dry cut my hair, without even mentioning the shampoo I scheduled. After that, she immediately grabbed the razor. I asked her not to use the razor, and she stopped after already hacking away at one side. The length was also not what I had asked for, still below the shoulders.. She had to re cut it three times before it fell between my shoulders and chin, and it is still a bit too long. Soon, her next client showed up for an appointment with her, after I had been there only 15 minutes. I would really like to know who schedules a shampoo and drastic style change in a fifteen minute time slot. At this point I knew I was screwed because she was going to rush to finish. To make a long story short, the finished product sucks. My hair is longer in the back than in the front. I also have some serious layering in the front that is way, way to short, and will take me moths to grow out to where I can have it fixed. She gave me one of those angles that follow the jaw line backwards, and then when I told her I didn't like it she tried to cover it up by brushing another piece of hair over it so I couldn't tell. Well, now that I am home, believe me I can tell. And, it flips out on the ends big time. I have this crazy layered shelf thing that is barely long enough to hide behind my ear, and hair that flips out everywhere and is much longer in the back than on the sides. I don't even think both sides are cut the same. I am going to have to pay someone else to fix it and hope (pray) that they even can. Not that there is much they can do about the front until it grows out. I will never go back. I have been wearing a hat ever since I left. Not cool Poshe, not cool.
