Very inconsistent - will not go back. Out of convenience, I had gone to this restaurant a quite a few times. There were moments where the soup was terrific, certain specialties were fine.

Service alll over the map. Then starting going straight down hill. Food ranged from raw fish on a caesar salad, to over done, to smelling old (you know the smell).

Maitre D', Thomas, very moody personality. Can be your best friend one day, then cold, rude the next.

New owner promised great things, but I've run out of patience.

Brunch Lacking. I felt compelled to write this review it was the weirdest and worst dining experience I have ever had. We went for the new brunch theyve been advertising (we live close by) & decided to try it. First of all, we were the only people in there and 1 waitress working. The place was dark, a window was busted out and had plywood covering the windows, after finally being greeted after standing at the front for 10 mins. we sat down & placed our order. The "bottomless" mimosas are not bottomless you get 1 unless you pay a way higher price for bottomless option. Another couple walks in, places their order, receives it while we still havent gotten ours...waitress is no where to be found ( I swear she was probably cooking too!)...after about at least 45mins to an hour we FINALLY get our food. At this point we are already upset and our drinks havent been filled, for the waitress to tell us that they ran out of bananas for our crepes & went to the store to get them! WHO would leave a customer sitting for that long to eat instead of asking if we wanted an alternative first??!! To top it off the food was mediocre. Do not go here for brunch! I am not sure about the other reviews for dinner but my guess is this place wont be in business much longer. Completely empty and apparently for a reason, I had to warn other diners.

Wonderful Experience!. I went here alone for dinner and had the green and white fettucine, bread pudding, and a starter salad with pears and gorgonzola. It was delicious, especially the bread pudding, I would say it is the best I have ever had! I will definitely be back!

Outstanding food and service!. This place is not to be missed. It's some of the best food and service in town. The polenta with truffle oil, sauteed shrimp and pumpkin ravioli will leave your taste buds speechless. Our waiter advised the perfect pairings of wine. He was an authentic Italian and a gracious host!

Fantastic Place - Great Food, Great Service, Great Night!!!. I have driven by this place numerous times and decided to stop in recently with some friends. The place is beautiful on the inside and the staff was very courteous and nice. I ordered a dish I had never had scene anywhere else - The Pumpkin Ravioli. It was delicious! My friends pasta was also dynamite. The ambiance and the food were absolutely excellent. It is about time this neighborhood got a first class place. I have been back a couple times now and have always enjoyed the food as well as the friendly wait staff. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Great Italian restaurant, friendly service. We went there last week for the fisrt time. The place was pretty busy, it felt warm and welcoming right away.

It reminded me my trip to Italy when the waiter arrived and introduced himself. The food was great, definitely a taste of Italy. Our italian waiter was great as well. very helpfull and friendly. It was a great evening. We live in the South Bay, but I will go back next time I am in the area.

Just like being in Italy again. My husband & I discovered this little jewel through a friend and we love this cozy Italian restaurant. Our servers have been very attentive and helpful with any questions about the food. Their recommendation for the scampi and eggplant parmigiana had us in tastebud heaven! Another favorite of ours has been the risotto with radicchio & pancetta. This restaurant reminds us of being in Italy again; a very warm atmosphere, friendly people and great food. The wine selection was impressive too. We had a bottle of Alta Marca; it was a pleasant surprise to find a Spanish wine at an Italian restaurant. The prices are reasonable also and when we had a birthday celebration there recently, our family and friends were impressed too. The Palmer room in the back is also a great place to have a drink and listen to some good music with some friends. We always have an enjoyable evening when we visit this restaurant.

HORRIBLY disappointing - Bad service, bad food, ridiculously overpriced. I was really looking forward to trying a new restaurant in my neighborhood, especially one that had gotten such positive user reviews on Citysearch. My experience here, however, was awful on every level.

Although the restaurant was not very full, it took almost an hour for me to even get my salad. And once the food came, it was VERY underwhelming. Good, quality cuisine often has a delicate balance of tastes. Every dish here was either bland, or had one overwhelming flavor. The seafood was overcooked and rubbery. Even the water was bad - we thought tap water would be fine, as it is in most restaurants, but this tap water tasted so full of chemicals we had to order bottled water... which turned out to be $6.50/bottle!

So, one bottle of water, one appetizer, two salads and one entree later (not even a full meal for two), we're stuck with a $75 bill - BEFORE tip...! This meal would have been disappointing at half the price. As it stands, it was inexcusable.
