A nightmare of a moving company! – This is the the WORST moving company. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Heather (the owner) is horrible to deal with. She will quote you a great rate and make all kinds of promises about VIP crews, free wardrobe boxes, taking the best care of your stuff, etc. She is sweet as pie when she's trying to get your business. But when the move is over, you will have paid more than double, have broken & scratched furniture, walls with paint and sheet rock missing. And she doesn't care one bit. And she won't do one thing to make things right. They don't even have an insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!
Worst Experience of my life – I had planned my move 2 months in advance. They showed up late had to call for directions and didn't get all my belongings. I had to go back and move 6 minivan loads the nextday myself along with a friend with a Blazer. I was billed wrong and treated horribly by all employees as well as the owner. I am in sales and customer service and have never seen such disregard towards the customer. If I could rate under one star they would get a zero.... Never use this company they are a exactly what gives the moving industry a bad name. Thank god I used a credit card so I could dispute the charges because they would have never refunded me. When I spoke with Heather about the wrong amount on my credit card she called me a liar and defended the movers. WOW!!!
Never use this company! – They do not deserve a star. This is the worst moving company that I have ever experienced! I move a lot for work and never in my life have I had such an unprofessional experience. The staff is just as unprofessional as the owner of the company. They show up on time and work the hours asked, but they are in such a hurry that they DO NOT take proper caution when moving your things. When they do break something it is YOUR fault and they do not follow up with turning anything into their insurance company; like they say they will, to cover what they break (like every other company does so they stay in business and take care of their customers). Moving is stressful enough that's why you hire a so called "Professional" moving company. This is NOT the one for you...trust me!
Seamless moving experience – I can't complain. They were on time. Came in and moved averything trasnported it, carried it in and even put everything in it proper place. I am very pleased. The Movers were very social, pleasant and appeared to enjoy what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.
Company is a Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Do not use this company! You'd be better off moving your stuff yourself and keeping your money in your pockets and not into the hands of this so called "company". They don't care about your "new beginning" all they care about is themselves and getting your money. Don't let the name fool you either, they're going by A New Beginning as well as Tri Star Moving. The office staff is a joke as well as the owner. Nobody there can answer any questions you have. Don't use them!Go rent a U-Haul, it'll be a lot less stressful!
THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! – DON?T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THAY ARE THIEVES !!!!! New beginning Moving is the WORST company. They took a $100 deposit out of my acct for our move on March ?07. When the move was completed and we paid full price for everything they refused to give me my $100 back. After several months of them saying we put it in the mail and it should be there by the end of the week. They finally sent me a check. IT BOUNCED!!!!! I called and spoke with the owner who gave me some sob story about how her and her husband are getting divorced and he emptied out her accts and she?ll send another check in the morning. Months then went by with me calling almost daily. Someone in her office had another check which included my $6 fee for them bouncing the 1st one. Guess what, IT BOUNCED!!!!! Another couple of months has now gone by with again me calling almost daily. Seth at their office tells me to come in 1st thing on the 20th of Aug and he?ll have a money order waiting for me. I called when I was on my way and Heather (the owner) answer and said there is nothing there for me and there won?t be today. She said if that?s what Seth told me that she would have him personally drive a money order out to me tomorrow. When I called to speak with Seth he hung up on me. This company is filling Bankruptcy. They will steal your money and probably some of your belongings. DON?T do business with them. They have done this same thing to several people.
Good job guys!! – This was the first time I Have ever used a moving company and because of the experiences my friends have told me about moving I was a little worried. Then I booked with this company, they gave me the most stress free day I have ever had. They were had working and very efficient
Great Movers – I had a pleasant experience moving with this company. The office staff was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. When I had to reschedule my move to another day due to my closing falling through the company worked with all the way and didn't even hassle me the slightest bit. They sent out a very experienced foreman who ended up completing the job in 6 hours when I was quoted 8. As far as I am concerned this company saved me money, they didn?t scratch one wall or dent any of my furniture. I highly recommend this company.
Worst packers I ever had. "supplies" were very expensive – I have no idea how this company has 8.8 rating. They had one good review and 3 really bad ones. I should have listened to the previous reviewers. They did move my stuff. Also, most of my stuff was not broken. Yet, they gave me about 6 boxes that were half full with the contents of my desk. They did not pack things, they wrapped them, charged me for the wrapping of course. Since they used big boxes and filled them half way, I was in shock when I arrived at my new place.
I would never use this company again.
Horrible Customer Service – I had this company move me early in January. They sent two men and a truck and about every 15 minutes the men would disappear for about another 10-15 minutes, also while driving my stuff to Denver they took the longest route possible (I was following them). It took them twice as long as it should have to move a one bedroom apartment. When it came time to pay the bill the foreman charged me the full amount (even though I had already put a $100.00 deposit down) saying something like they refunded it once it went through on the card. When I called the person who handles the refunds, she sounded bewildered that her foreman would have done such a thing. After calling and leaving messages day after day, I finally got a hold of someone who told me they would be processing my refund as we spoke. More than a month later I have yet to receive my refund and am still being told that the woman who handles the refunds is not in the office, nor will she call me back. I would never use this moving company again!
