Strip prices brought to you by the Fertittas – The steaks are simply good, not great..The New York strip has way too much fat on it. The SW at the Wynn buries Hank's steaks at the same price.
The menu is priced exactly like Strip restaurants. Too expensive for locals..Everything is a la carte. Menu items are good not great.
Martinis are very good. Service is very good.
We wonder if the Fertitta family having gone BK with Station this year are also trying to BK their restaurant patrons as well ?
In a total disregard for locals Hank's continues to offer good food at exhorbitant prices. In a "let em eat cake" attitude that pervades the casino as well as the restaurants. One might have thought the family realizes that business travellers don't carry Station casinos. Locals have long ago stopped frequenting Station casinos and never could have afforded the overpriced dining. The Fertittas could care less ! Out of principle, Hank's should not be frequented by locals. And, at Hank's prices, Strip dining is far far better.
Great food, great service, great martinis!! – File this place under P for Perfection!! First, the decor is absolutely beautiful and romantic-the crystal chandeliers are amazing! Second, the service is second to none-all the waiters are so completely attentive, polite, and informative. You feel like a celebrity by the way they treat you. The food? My boyfriend and I have never had such mouth-watering steaks in our life!! My boyfriend had their bone-in filet which is only available on the weekends and said it was the best steak he's ever had. I had the bone-in New York which was so tasty too. For sides, the creamed corn is the absolute best! Didn't have dessert because we were so full. Also, ladies, the Koi Martini is a must-it has fresh mango puree in it and it sooooo yummy. After dinner, sit at the beautifully lit marble-topped bar and listen to the live piano-playing jazz singer-very romantic! Well, what more can I say, except-put this restaurant at the TOP of your to try list!!
Best Steak Off the Strip – If you want great steak but do not want to deal with the strip, I cannot recommend Hank's enough. The meat speaks for itself and I have never had anything but great experiences with the service and staff. Really the only good restaurant at GVR and really the only reason still to go there now that Fados is gone.
Best Steak in Henderson NV – We were at Hank's last month and I can say the service and quality of the food is superb! Try the fillet Mignon on the bone, its really memorable. The wine list is extensive and well priced. The best part is the service it shows that the servers are well trained and management cares about their restaurant.
BIG STEAKS, BIG MARTINI'S, BIG PRICES ,BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY!! – hanks is the steakhouse at grv , it is a spectacular room! the quality of the beef is second to none in las vegas, prime beef aged 48 days!!! (24wet 24dry) and boy oh boy can you taste it!! huge shrimp cocktails. i mean HUGE steaks my ribeye had to be at least 32oz,huge sides .if you are out to impress and money is no object .this is the place for you, but it is pricey! the valet even joked with me when he heard i was going to hanks for dinner (he said i hope somebody else is paying!!). it's about 10-15% more expensive than most prime steakhouse's, but the food and service is outstanding!

Three sizeable dining areas feature cushy leather booths and dark-wood paneling are brightened by large, single-color paintings. Custom-designed chandeliers of Czech crystal hang over the booths. All steaks are corn-fed prime beef and aged for 48 days. Options include the 40-ounce Porterhouse steak for two and the 24-ounce Chateaubriand. For seafood lovers there's a 32-ounce Western Australian lobster tail served with lemon buerre blanc and a host of other daily deliveries.
