Front Desk was standoffish, but massage was amazing – I read some of the reviews and I was very excited to book my appointment. Unfortunately I was not pleased with my experience. I was in over the past weekend and I felt incredibly unwelcome when I arrived. The front desk seemed to be in disarray and the man at the front desk was incredibly standoffish. He asked for my name as if I was just another patient in the doctor's office. He made me feel uncomfortable as he tried to make small talk while walking me back. I'm sure he doesn't typically work the front desk and I suggest he tries not to as often as possible. When I got into my massage I was unnerved by the experience so far, but Bethany was AMAZING. She was so attentive and it was one of the best massages.She really listened to my needs and I was very relaxed when I walked out. Until I again got to the front desk where the same man was sitting there and didn't know what he was doing while checking me out. A spa doesn't run smoothly unless all the departments are functioning properly. I hope I went in on a day that was unusual.

Revive is always excited to hear about our staff members performance. However we would like to point out that a man at the desk asked for your name so that he can check you in for your services. Addressing clients by their name is good customer service. When he made ?small talk? with you when walking you back is to help make you comfortable in a new place, which is also to provide you good customer service. Would you prefer if we just ignored you and wait until you walked up to the front desk and said your name and your service? Or just say ?hi? ? sit here, your therapist will be with you in a moment? Getting to know our client is what Revive tries to do with every guest that walks through our doors. We are always concerned about our client?s well being, and if there is anything we can do to make their stay and experience better, we will do it. I have found MY spa! – I moved here from San Diego a few years ago. I am a very busy professional who does not have a lot of down time. Fortunately, I have turned Fridays into "my day" This past Friday I visited Revive Spa, where I was welcomed from the start. There was a man working the front desk, I was sure that he must be the owner or part of management. I was very impressed that he too, answers the phones and checks out the clients. They have a very peaceful waiting area where the therapist meets the clients; it is there where I was greeted by a very sweet skincare therapist named Joyce. She walked me back to a very well kept skin room. She even took the time to ask me a few questions about my skin. She explained that she wanted a good understanding of what my needs were before we began the session, that once I was on the table it was going to be "my time to unwind and relax". I can?t tell you how impressed I was with her attention to detail. Needless to say, I had an amazing facial with her! I would recommend Revive Spa to anyone in need of their OWN time! Your going to love it! – I want to start by saying this is the first on line review I have ever written, but after my first visit to Revive for a massage I just had to! I?m a massage fanatic and this was by far the best. I found the simplicity of the spa relaxing and comfortable. I have gotten massages all over the price board and found Revive?s price point to be right in the middle and not lacking in quality at all! My masseuse Bethany was so accommodating, I signed up for a normal Swedish, once I arrived, my neck and shoulders had been bothering me all day she was quick to incorporate a little deep tissue and even a hot rock to loosen it all up. It was as if I spent an hour telling her what I wanted ?in a perfect massage? except I barley said a word, not to take away time from my massage, of course. After my ?in a perfect world massage? I inquired about facials and in a brief discussion they were very honest and said I wasn?t in NEED of anything to major although if I was interested there are always a few simple things you can do to maintain happy skin! Again accommodating my individual needs they combined a quick simple facial with more relaxing massage face stuff just for me and I can?t wait to go back for it! I left felling like they really had my best interest in mind not there?s. Try Revive and be happy ;-)

Best I've had in a long time! – I came to Revive Spa because I got a gift certificate for my birthday. I got a Swedish Massage and a Revive Facial. The location itself is extremely relaxing; soft music, clean, smelled great. They serve you water or tea while you wait and they were on time with both of my appointments. My massage was the best I've ever had and the facial was exactly what my skin needed. The therapists were all extremely attentive, and they even took the time after my appointment to suggest products that would be beneficial for my skin. I've started a new skincare regimen with their help and I?m so excited to go back for more pampering that I?ve already booked my next appointment!

AWFUL SPA – Wow, I was so disappointed, first off, on the phone they were rude and short with me. I wanted to know what kind of treatment to book and the girl I spoke had no response, she just said "ask when you get here". So, against my better judgment, I showed up for my appointment and they kept me waiting for 15 minutes. The aesthetician asked me no questions and cut me off every time I tried to say something. I have had a lot of spa treatments and this was the worst, she was rough and in a hurry. The hot towel practically burned my face off and she covered my nose so I couldn't breath. Overall, worst experience ever, the staff was rude, didn't look professional, one girl looked like she had just come from a night out, and it was noisy.

Save your money, there a a million other places in Denver where you can actually get a good treatment. Thanks but, not thanks to Revive Spa!

We are sorry that you felt our staff was rude or hurried. However, we do have a professional dress code and all staff members strictly adhere to it. Additionally, your Skin Care Expert may place the towel over your nose to remove product. Your mouth is always left uncovered to ensure that you are able to breath. If the towels seem too warm for your comfort level, we encourage you to speak up, so he or she can make the adjustments to ensure your experience is a pleasant one. All client feed back is welcome and encouraged as it helps to bring and weaknesses to our attention so that they can be corrected. Please feel free to book a future appointment to see if we have improved. We value your opinion as a client.

Best Spa – Revive is the best spa I've ever been to. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I love Revive's services and their relaxing atmosphere and hope that this spa will be here for years to come!

Don't go here.....overrated – After seeing Revive Spa being rated in the top ten on city search, I thought I would get a facial. It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, the women working there had no knowlege of the products and they were very snooty. The facial was awkward.....it wasn't as relaxing and enjoyable as other facials that I have had in the past. Then, I wake up the next morning and I had burns and scabs all over my face. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves. When clients give us feedback it helps gauge our spa performance. This client called the following day concerning her skin. While this client had several facials at Revive in the past, she was advised that this facial was more intense and that the products were more aggressive than she had previously received. When the owner, a Skin Care Therapist, returned her phone call addressing her concerns it was determined by the client that she had dryness around the nose because of skin sensitivity due to a cold/allergies. She was asked to come in and have her skin looked at by the owner and allow us to evaluate her concerns and remedy any dryness with a skin care service. She declined but accepted our recommended products to alleviate her dryness. We trust all of our skin care therapists? opinions for products that are best for their skin during and after treatments. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your review.

Don't Get Ripped Off!!! – My wife bought me a gift certificate for my birthday that included a message and gratuity which was clearly stated on the gift certificate, but when I finished my message they told me that gratuity was not included and I needed to pay for it separately. I told them that it said it right on the gift certificate that it was included, but they insisted it was not so I paid it. When I got home my wife looked at her credit card bill and she had in fact paid for the message and gratuity.

We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience at Revive Spa. We had received a call from this gentleman on Monday, June 2nd and called him back on Tuesday, June 3rd. We promptly admitted our mistake and refunded his gratuity. We apologize that the information given to him by our receptionist was inaccurate. She was looking at the wrong information screen. It was our responsibility to show her the proper screen and to give the proper Gift Certificate information. To insinuate that this was nothing more than an honest mistake is very insulting and not necessary. If we were ever to sell out our credibility and integrity for a couple of dollars of gratuity (which only goes to the employee) the business would be short lived. Revive has always been run with the most integrity and to suggest anything other is something that we take great offense to. Thank you for your feedback and we take all your comments into consideration.

Best Facial Treatment! – I tell everyone I know that Revive Spa is the place to go. I love this place and my skin care therapist Nicole is amazing. Facials have never been so good and so relaxing. When you go to Revive, you leave with soft, amazing skin and a feeling of bliss. I also really like that the facial also includes some gentle massaging of the neck and arms.
