Core Results is a professional organization of knowledgeable trainers. I have increased strength, range of motion, and slimmed down on 2 sessions a week. Very affordable cost, clean environment, and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Alex is fantastic – I can’t brag enough about Aleksandra and how great of a personal trainer she is. Hiring a personal trainer, for me, was a big decision for a number of reasons (i.e. financial, time, commitment), but now I can’t imagine trying to reach my goals without the support of a professional. I thought a personal trainer would help me become more active, and it would end at that. But the reality is Aleksandra has influenced so many parts of my life. I take lessons I learn from Aleksandra in the gym and apply them to my life everyday.
You can trust Aleksandra’s knowledge so when she says you can do more, you can…you may not think you can, but you can; those additional reps build your confidence and remind you that your boundaries can be pushed further than you had initially thought. Personally, I need someone I can trust and respect to challenge me and that is what I get with Aleksandra; it has made all the difference.

Alex is Superb Trainer! – Getting up at 5:30 a.m. to work out on Mondays and Thursdays is tough, but as soon as Alex appears and greets me with her big smile and positive energy, I feel inspired. I have been working with her for several months now and during that time I have experienced an increase in strength and endurance that has surprised me. I have gone from doing “girl pushups” to doing the real ones. Alex knew that was one of my goals and she worked to help me get there. In addition, side planks are no longer a problem and forward lunges are something I actually enjoy doing. The same goes for gluts, calves, quads, and abs. I am now able to feel and see muscles I didn’t even know I had.
Even though I am a creature of habit, I love how Alex varies the routines. I thought I was familiar with most exercises but she is constantly showing me new ones. Her variations are intentional – she arrives with a notebook with my name on it that is filled with my progress sheets and the routine she has generated for me prior to our session. I appreciate how organized she is and how much thought she puts into our time together. And as sunny as she is, Alex is also demanding and takes each session seriously.
The biggest testimonial is that I actually look forward to exercising – I love the effect that working with Alex has had on so many aspects of my life. I have always been a lazy couch potato so this is pretty amazing to me. At age 50 my body now looks better than it did in my 30’s and 40’s. One last thing – for several years I tried to work out on my own and didn’t really get anywhere with it, and so finally decided to hire a personal trainer. For those of you who are vacillating, it is absolutely worth it! There is no way I could push myself to do what I am able to do with Alex. Not even close.
Awesome Personal Trainer – I've been training with Josh for a few months and he makes working out fun. He inspires progress with his positive attitude and keeps each workout interesting by changing up the exercises. He's the first trainer I have worked with who isn't a total meat-head, which is quite refreshing. I never feel intimidated working out with Core Results and highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer!
Results is the Key Word – I worked out with Raymond for a couple of years and it was a wonderful experience. Working out with a trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It not only reshapes your body but strengthens your posture and confidence. Raymond devotes all of his attention on you, focusing on challenging your strength and endurance. It is truly amazing how fast he was able to get me into the best shape I had been in my life. His expertise as a personal trainer and self-defense expert is second to none. He is encouraging and motivating. Working out with him was truly the highlight of my week.
What would I do without Alex – Training with Aleksandra has been fantastic. As a former athlete, i was stuck doing the same routine for years and over time lost motivation to work out every day. I was in a horrible Moto accident that shattered my right knee and broke both of my ankles. I was unable to work out for almost six months. I lost my will to keep healthy and gained over 30 lbs. Since I have met Aleksandra, i have lost 20 lbs. and she makes every workout different and very challenging. I often try to guess what she could possible come up with the following week, which really gets me excited to excercise, and has made me love "the burn" again. I don't know what I would do without her.
Great Experience!! – Before I began training with Raymond I loved running outside, but it was difficult for me to branch out and try any other form of training. Raymond taught me many different ways to tone my body using different methods of cardio and strength training. He taught me how to correctly and safely perfect my form and technique to maximize my results. He was never lacking enthusiasm or patience with me and was always professional while maintaining a great sense of humor. Sometimes if I had a long and trying day at work Raymond would come up with a creative and enjoyable workout that always helped boast my mood and remind me of my training goals. I never left without healthy food suggestions from Raymond. While working out with Raymond I can say I felt healthier, had more energy, was thinner and more toned than ever. I truly felt good about the way I looked. I have recommended Raymond to other friends of mine who also had similar positive experiences.

Highly effective and friendly trainer – Signing up for six weeks of training sessions with Josh was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Each workout was varied so they were never boring. Josh is patient, never pushy, but he knows how to help you get the most out of each workout. If your form is off he corrects you nicely, there's no negativity or arrogance ever. At the start of each session he always asked me about my eating habits over the past few days and gave me good advice on proper nutrition. He motivated me to cut out some empty calories and add good foods to my diet. At the end of the six weeks I'm down a clothing size and lost several inches from the arms, waist and hips. Josh was very thorough about giving me three different workouts that I can do at home or at my local gym without a lot of specialized equipment. If I could keep getting sessions with him I would, it was well worth the drive downtown twice a week! (By the way, there is quite a bit of free street parking around the gym that Josh uses if you choose to go to him for workouts).
Best training experience in Raleigh – Before working with Josh of Core Results I had never been able to keep up with a training program. I have been working with him for over 8 months now and I have never felt better. I started out just wanting to lose some weight, but have really started to enjoy my time working out. Now I'm working out 4 times a week and loving it. I never thought that would happen. I credit Josh with giving me the motivation to keep going and think he has been great as a trainer in every way.
