Best Personal Trainer – This is really simple. John Kelly is the best of the best, and the best part is you don't have to take my word for it since he offers new clients two free work-outs. I have achieved results with John in a very short time that I have dreamed of my whole life, and I'm 49, but it gets even better, the work out I had today lasted a total of 15 minutes. 13 minutes into the workout and gasping for breath, John very calmly and accuratley mentioned to me that in other gyms all across the country at 13 minutes into the workout people were just getting their water bottle filled, and gear prepped, and game face on, etc. while my workout was almost over. This got me through the last two minutes knowing that 99% of the people going to gyms and mediocre personal trainers where just spinning their wheels while I was achieving monumental results in the shortest possible amount of time. I have never liked going to the gym, and don't particularly like working out, but I can handle 15 to 20 minutes once a week. I am a busy man, but I will talk to anyone who wants to talk to me about my experience with John Kelly, because by showing me a way to achieve my personal physic goals, I have also achieved many other lifestyle enhancements that are an unexpected consequence of the physical manifestations of a more toned body. I'm talking about better relations with the wife (I couldn't use the three letter word in this review) , more self confidance, after 27 years of marriage my wife told me recently that my body was beautiful.
