HORRIBLE AIRBRUSHING TECHNICIANS! AND THE MANAGER IS R.U.D.E. I got an airbrush tan here today actually. I asked for a level 1 and it came out dark dark dark! The sales girl convinced me that I should purchase a lotion but what she did not inform me was that there was a no refund policy. Well, one hour after leaving the facility I went to another part of the city where it was raining. The tan was coming off on my sweatshirt so I took it off and held it over myself while I ran inside. The tan start running off in huge drips. The technician informed me not to get the tan wet, but how can I control the weather? She also missed huge sections and left white patches everywhere and my underarms were darker than everything else! I tried to scrub as much off as possible in the shower so it wouldn't continue getting on my carpet. I asked a sales girl what I could do and if I could return the lotion and she said: no refunds. you'll have to talk to the manager. She didn't bother asking the manager anything and no one was willing to help me. I e-mailed the manager explaining the situation. She told me that in all her time there no one had ever taken a shower after an airbrush even if it was rolling down their legs and arms and getting on and ruining their carpet. She was rude, calling me a liar and said that it was not raining and that there was nothing she could do. No refunds. No help. Just 25% off another airbrush. Why would I bother going back when the first one was awful? She was rude, unhelpful and uninformed. DON'T GO HERE.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. I've used tanning salons for a few years now and I love every thing about this place. The environment is cool, the staff is great and the rooms are clean. They have affordable and flexible packages. I highly reccomend this location!

BAD SERVICE! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I was member there (Redmond store), and after I finish my service I ask to cancel my membership,

because I was too busy to go, guess what? They didn't! they charged me 2 more months! When I call

to talk to a manager, she said I send you a "e-mail" check out, they said because they didn,t have any

"notes" they would not give my money back! So that is the service you gonna get there! Careful!

Best tanning salon around, friendly staff. I have been to many tanning salons and this one far exceeded my expectations. I used to tan at Desert Sun but when I went in here one day on my lunch break I was shocked at how clean and friendly this place was! They immediatley gave me a tour, FREE BOTTLED WATER, and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. However, I did sign up for a membership and I am very happy with the results I have gotten tanning there. You can tell that they change their bulbs often which is a plus. Highly recommended from an experienced tanners perspective. Go check it out, :)
