Never going back! I got a gel manicure, but was in a hurry when I left. Noticed later than it was poorly done, but decided to go back to get it fixed, so they could make it right. They refused to fix it for me, and were extremely rude to me. It is a very crowded and rushed environment. Worst place I have ever gotten my nails done!! :(

Worst manicure I have ever had. Manicurist must have been on a time clock - 15 minutes for a manicure with uneven nails, spots in the polish finish, etc. Will not go back!

WILL NOT ACCEPT SERVICE DOGS! THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW! It is federal and state regulation to accept ALL service dogs and ANYONE with a disability. My service dog was wearing her state issued vest & had proper identification. They denied me from entering the building. They asked if someone could watch my dog outside or if I could keep her in the car. This was on 6/29/12 it was 90 degrees outside! They made me stand in the front of the store like an outcast until they called their manager/owner and wanted to call the state board to see if they HAD to let me in. Feeling sorry for me, another customer came to my rescue and let the front desk know about the law and informed them of the trouble they could get in for denying me. Finally, after 30 minutes of pleading, they finally let me in. Bottom line: THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW!! They actually had the audacity to ask me if I was blind. I will NOT be going back again. They never apologized, after getting my nails done I asked to still speak with the owner, the front desk replied "We didn't embarrass you, we ended up letting you in.. you should be fine now". THANKS.

THE WORST – I hadn't been to this place in years and made the mistake of going on mothers day. Now I remember why I haven't gone. Not only is it too crowded but the staff is rude. The woman that did my daughters nails snapped at her more than once. They didn't even do a good job. Not worth the price/headache or frustration. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Not impressed – I've been here before and I guess it depends on who

You end up with . The guy who did my pedicure seemed rushed the entire time, I felt like I was on an essembly line the whole time I was there. They sat me down in a pedi chair and I probably sat their at least 15 minutes before someone could get to me, I had a young kid/ guy that did mine whom seemed like he could care less if he was there or not.

horrible customer service – I am very disappointed in this business. I have been a client for approx. 3 years. They convinced me to go with fake nails for the first time due to the fact that mine were very brittle and break easily. I got them a day before going out of town for vacation. They started breaking off 1 by 1 each day. By the time I got back 6 days later I had 4 nails that fell off. I went back confused of why they fell off and asked them if they could fix them. The lady at the desk (manager) informed me that my original nails were too short and that is why they didn't stay on. They should have told me that from the beginning before they talked me into buying them. The manager informed not to worry that they will take care of me but, I will need a new set. They put another set on for me . I was shocked when they gave me a bill. In other words, I paid twice for a set of fake nails. She scolded me for not calling her to tell her what happened. I explained that I could not call or come in due to the fact that I was out of town. She commented by saying that I should have called her anyway. I don't see what the use of calling her to let her know my nails were falling off it I could not come in to have them repaired. I assumed because I have been a well known client for approx. 3 years, that they would understand my situation and not expect me to pay again. Had they told me from the beginning that the nails would not stay on, I would have never agreed to get them. I did so only because they convinced me that I would like them and won't have a problem with them breaking and chipping and etc. I am very disappointed in their customer relations and will never visit their business again.

my nails & fingers are hurting – Do not go to this place. it's horrible. the workers here don't know what they are doing. i got a full set manicure here. it was without a doubt the worst experience i've ever gotten getting my nails done. the nails fit when she was cutting them to size, but it wasn't until the next morning i saw she made them too narrow. i must not have noticed because my fingers were swollen from her abuse. when she was filing my nails she did such a crappy job. it wasn't smooth at all. and the file she used was extremely harsh and hard. she was really rough too. i kept telling her that it was too hard and she would say, "ok ok." and continue w/ the abuse. it wasn't until she was about to put on the nails and i started feeling some pain on my fingers. when some polish got on my skin i felt some pain when she applied polish remover to it. she had cut the skin on the sides of the nail w/ her nail filer. i left w/ throbbing fingers but apparently pretty french tips. but as i mentioned, it was a different story the next morning. it wasn't the one finger that was cut. it was almost every finger! i only noticed because there were little scabs on the sides of the nails. the nails didn't last long either. by the 2nd day it was already lifting. they looked like i had diseased nails by day 4. i didn't want to go back there.

the service was crap too. the workers chatted between themselves and didn't seem to understand the language i spoke ... english. my friend had gone w/ me (she was not happy w/ her nails at all) and bitched them out before we left. it was like sound of an angry beehive as we left.

TERRIBLE Manicure & Pedicure – After a long tiring week at work, my feet were aching and I decided to splurge on the "deluxe" pedicure THINKING it would leave my feet feeling renewed and refreshed...WRONG!!!

This was the MOST DISSAPOINTING pedicure and manicure I have ever had! You would think paying extra for the added services would be better. Deluxe? Try Desucks!!! It was rushed, she kept rubbbing as a massage that was so uncomfortable and I wanted to say something so bad but didn't...because it barely lasted long enough~ I need to be more assertive! The description of the deluxe is supposed to give you a longer massage and I have had the regular pedicure with a longer one!

When I mentioned that part all she did was argue with me and I ignored her because they have no customer service! The guy manager is helpless too. Might as well talk to a wall!

I hope I can find another place that will meet my needs!!!

Love it! – I have been going to Signature for the past year and love it! The people are always very nice and I think I may have had to wait ONE time. Now that they have expanded, I never see people waiting. My polish stays on longer than any other place around town. I've recently started getting the axxium OPI service and I don't have one little chip for weeks! They also serve wine which is an added bonus!

love it! – great prices and nice service. they take their time with you and make sure you are receiving the service you want. they just expanded and at least doubled in size, so there's never a wait or too much noise.
