So good!!! – I just had a vanilla cone from here. Maybe its because I love ice cream, or maybe its because its so hot out, but I couldn't have made it through the day without this place. I'm totally coming back here!
Deeee-LISH – First of all the service was with a smile , complete with have a good weekend. Second, I ordered a waffle cone with two scoops and was asked if I would like a spoon...at no charge, the Chinatown Ice Cream Factory where I used to frequent not charges a cup charge if you order a cone and ask for a small cup. Which on a very hot summer night in NYC or the cone will drip all over. But best of all the ice cream was unbelievably delicious. Will go back again and again.
the banana ice cream rules! – i come here for the banana ice cream. sure, there are tons of other flavors, but once you try the banana you will never eat another. i promise!
Great ice cream, great coffee, great spot – After stopping in last week and trying some of their seasonal pumpkin ice cream, it was only a few days before I felt like going back ... and did! Most ice cream people know that it's hard to find a good independent and affordable ice cream parlor in the city today, but finding a good one that actually has serving sizes in good proportion to the prices..... that was the real shocker. Sundaes and Cones has a good selection of traditional and unique flavors, all which look worth trying at some point. Although its decor fits right in with 21st Century, it recalls the old days of New York ice cream parlors with some good old fashion fountain drinks like ice cream sodas, floats, and egg creams. Milkshake float anyone? Some cafe always goes well with the ice cream. A great place to stop in on the go, hang with friends, or bring the kids.
Excellent – The customer service here is excellent and you'll always be greeted with a smile.
They have an interesting variety of flavors (including Tiramisu, Ginger, Lychee, Green Tea, Red Bean, and Taro) and their prices are very reasonable for Manhattan. I highly recommend this place!
A bright ice-cream fountain with unique Asian-inspired flavors. – In Short
Whitewashed walls, industrial steel vents and a painted tin ceiling evoke the feeling of a 21st-century ice-cream parlor. The house-made selection includes an intense mocha chip and rocky road with peanuts and marshmallow swirl, and also less-traditional flavors like dark crunchy sesame, sweet yellow corn and electric-colored wasabi. Sundaes, shakes and egg creams are on hand, and espresso or pudding-like Italian hot chocolate makes a perfect treat in colder temps.
Ice Cream Lovers: Gotta try this one! – Several interesting flavors like watermelon, green tea, chrysanthemum, wasabi, & corn (be sure and ask for a taste before you decide!). They also have less adventurous flavors like black cherry, vanilla, tiramisu, & mango. BUT my absolute favorite is honeydew! It's fantastic!!
Best – I WALKED BY A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND SAW THIS TRENDY SHOP AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY, SO I ORDERED THE GREEN TEA FLAVOR , AND IT'S THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! IT'S SO DELICIOUS!! I ALREADY WENT BACK A FEW TIMES ALREADY, AND FOUND OUT THEY HAVE SOME FLAVORS THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD BEFORE, LOVE THEM ALL!!!FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES ICE CREA AS MUCH AS I DO, YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE.
