I think Lucky Strike is a great place to go when you don't want to do the typical bar/club thing over the weekend. I have only been there once but I had a great time and was able to relax and have fun sipping on drinks. I would recommend it!
The Worst – I never got to bowl, because they have too many demands. That is why they stink.
Horrible Experience-Will NEVER go back! – Arrived to find that my reservation which I had made two weeks in advance was wrong. I had booked 2 lanes for 2 hours for 10-12 people. They told me that I had 1 lane for 1 hour for 7 people. Something totally different! What was worse was that they didn't even try to apologize for it, or make it right. And to add insult to injury they wanted me to pay 2x as much as what I had been told on the phone. My party was totally runied-to have 10 people come down to the city with no other reservations made on a Saturday night-not something you want to explain to your guests! Will not be returning!
Fun different night out – Went here with some friends I was visiting, and we had a great time. I love the idea of the lounge, bar, bowling alley hybrid. The drinks were really good, at a totally reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
Saturday Nite Hangout!!!! – very comfortable place to be, definitely plan to go back.
Good Idea but BAD service made it a not so good idea. – I am highly disappointed! Went there this past weekend and was pretty excited to be there. The place looks cool and plus I was on a date. First thing we noticed, the tables were not clean and there was no one to seat us. We just grabbed the first table we saw. I guess thats how it works, because no one complained. So after seating ourself, we notice the waiters and waitresses were watching the games on the tv and having conversations, ignoring the customers. We waited 10 minutes before one of the workers took notice that we were there. Then when taking our orders, we were rushed and given attitude like we were bothering them. The guy that was our waiter could not remember my order and it was just a beer to start off... He asked me 4 times what type of beer I wanted. I guess his mind was some where else. I dont think i will be back to this place. Its ashame because the place setup really nice but bad food and service and kind of pricey... i dont think i will spend my hard earned money there, until the food and service improves.
Classy and Chic- and it's a Bowling Alley! – Bowling is always fun, but who would have guessed a night out bowling could also be a trendy/chic/ dare I say luxurious experience? That's exactly what my girlfriend's bachelorette party was at Lucky Strike. We rented one of those private rooms and enjoyed a night filled with endless cosmos, great coversation, dancing, bowling and FUN!
The Best Bowling Concept Ever – This bowling alley is the finest out there. Great food; great fun; great service. Good for the whole family or just for an adult fun night out. I highly recommend this place and will return often with my friends and coworkers.
Awesome Time and Place to Be! – I was a guest on Saturday evening, my first time at a Lucky Strike and I and my friends had an awesome time. We saw 2 celebrities, and participate in a radio event. We ordered some finger foods which were all yummy, my favorite was the tomato and cheese smores. Service was top notch! I recommend this place for a great night out, food, service and fun was awesome!
Great place but bad service... – I love lucky strikes as far as the bowling, promotions, food and drinks are concerned but when it comes to service this place is the worst. I have been there more times than I can count and have only had one evening of good service. If it weren't for the mentioned perks I would not be back but this place is just too cool to pass up. What is so hard about hiring good servers?
