Small raw-food operation caters to an offbeat crowd on the outskirts of Union Square.. In Short Tucked next door to the Post Hotel, this narrow 30-seat restaurant is brightened up with purple and yellow walls. Take-out orders are placed at the juice bar in front, while two-tops adorned with houseplants accommodate dine-in patrons. Entrees include rawviolis made from celery noodles filled with almonds and parsley, tri-colored fettucine made with celery root, zucchini, and carrots ribbons dressed with a generous dollop of miso and basil cream, as well as a spinach-chickpea miso falafel.
