  • Most Beautiful Facility
  • Authentic Thai Techniques

Thai Massage, also known as Ancient Massage or Thai Yoga Massage, dates back more than 300 years in its present form, with its origins going back more than 5,000 years to ancient India and China. While Thai massage combines elements of Ayeurvedic medicine, Hatha yoga and Chinese acupressure, it has evolved into a system that is entirely unique and is widely regarded as one of the best systems of therapeutic massage. Our masseuses are all trained exclusively in Thailand at Wat Pho College of Traditional Medicine, the world's leading school of Thai massage. They are also certified in Thai Foot Massage and Swedish Massage. Come to Thai Sabai to experience this unique healing art. Your body will thank you.

Great Massage! – For women, they give you a cute spa out-fit with shorts and a backless top. - very comfortable and easy to move around in for Thai Massage.

I told my masseuse that I had some serious knots in my back and shoulders, and she recommended the Thai Swedish combinationk and she was AMAZING! She had incredible strength, and her technique was very smooth and sophisticated. She did a lot of detailed work on the problem areas in my back, and the relief was dramatic. And I just loved it when she walked on my back, but you have to request that. I have been to many high end spas, and I would have to say that this was the best massage I ever had. Vipa ROCKS!

When I was checking out at the front desk, a couple had just finished their massages, and I heard the woman say to her boyfriend that it was the best massage that she had ever had too.

So this is a beautiful, clean space with a very professional staff. Highly recommended!

What a great massage! My therapist used tons of techniques that removed every knot from my body. She even asked what level of pressure I wanted, whether it was okay or not to walk on my back and asked what I'd like her to focus on. She does a combo of stretches, walking on the back, massaging with and without oil and uses wet warm towels to ease your muscles at the end.

In addition, Thai Sabai has nice decor and soothing music, they give you a free bottle of water bottle, and after 10 visits, you get a free massage!

Good quality, good deals, and plenty of parking: how do you get better than that?

Best Thai Massage in LA – Thai Sabai is an outstanding Thai massage experience. A writer/producer in Hollywood, I have traveled extensively and had massages all over the world. At the end of the massages I have had at Thai Sabai, I have felt envigorated and energized in a way that I have never felt before. The staff is excellent, courteous and kiind, and the presentation and decor beautiful. Thai Sabai is not only the best Thai massage in Los Angeles in my opinion, it is the best massage I have had on two continents.

Great for Thai & Therapuetic Massage – First off when you enter the door, you know you are in a well ran professional establishment. This place has "walls" around you instead of sheets like a lot of Thai places have. So you get a more secure and private feel. The place is always neat and clean. All the girls do good traditonal Thai massage. When it comes to therapuetic massage all girls are NOT created equal! If you have a particular ache or injury you MUST see Mary! She is very attentive to your needs and listens to your problem. She knows the muscles and how to massage and apply accupressure treatment to your problem areas. When you make your apointment ask for Mary and you will leave with no negatives about this place! Be prepared to park on the street if you don't want to pay for valet.

GREAT!!!! this places rocks – i really cant understand how the person on 1/10/2008 says this place is not good? and then advertise someone else? please!

we have been to Thailand twice and while there had several massages, they r cheap there, and this is real close. the first time i went here, i will say i WAS surprised that the did the "oil thing" cause that is NOT thai massage, but they probably put that in so americans would think they were getting a "massage" you know what i mean? i'm sure if you told them not to they would leave it out.

the office is very quite with dim lights and soft music in the background. you cant go wrong! and there are some good places to eat in the same strip mall.

But let me tell you this place ROCKS! since my first time back ive been back several times and brought my BOSS who's NEVER had any kind of massage. he said, "it was like an out of body experience."

the pace is SUPER clean and the also offer you a bottle of water to take with you as you leave, very nice.

really this place is great, make sure you ask for "mint" she is great!! just don't book my time slots! ;-)

No Stretching Just Oily Rubbing – Went here based on reviews, word of mouth, location...and as an experienced massage therapist I had high hopes for this place. I took my sister who recently returned from Thailand where she received daily Thai massage and had a good idea of traditional skills. What we both got was a lot of rubbing and acupressure with very little traditional stretching** which blew my mind because that's what Thai Massage is all about!!! Both therapists lacked anatomical knowledge to manipulate muscles correctly and I was bruised the next day. On top of it all, there was construction next door and we heard jackhammers, drills, pounding during the entire session!! Very Disappointing!! Everyone was polite and sweet, but traditional this was not. There's a whole lot more to Thai therapy than a bunch of oil poured on your back ,and this place didn't seem to have the training to execute the movements properly. For true outstanding Thai try Elyse Briggs for a private session (Yoga at the Village)---- Thai Sabai doesn't even come close.

Can't say enough good things! – I had 2 friends visiting from ot of town. We were looking for some serious pampering. What can you say about a 2 hour massage for $85??? Not only was it inexpensive, but my friends and I all agreed it was the best massage we've ever gotten. Period.

Seriosly, why go anywhere else?

Pretty fantastic – Walked in without an appointment. They assigned someone to me right away--no wait involved. I've been getting Chinese acupressure massages for years in NYC. While some were more memorable and productive than others, none compared to this excellent first visit. I do believe the Thai technique is far superior and consider myself converted. The Thai style seems to involve a wider variety of moves to work out the tension in your hips and spine. Attention was paid to musculature that I now realize was routinely neglected by Tui-Na establishments. Though I was sore the day after, the massage was effective. This isn't a hoity-toity day spa. It is a tidy, orderly and aesthetically pleasing (berber carpeted rooms, non-cheeseball tranquil music, good lighting, clean tile and waiting room area) gem situated in the rear of a strip mall. The massage I had here was as good as a far more expensive one offered at the Bliss spa chain. And the overall comfort factor, decor-wise, is better than that of other budget places with which I'm familiar.

If you really need a massage to "work" it out... – I love this place. It isn't a glamourous spa experience by any means, but you are guaranteed to get a serious massage here. This is not a place for people who like gentle massages. You feel like you had a work-out the next day. But the full-body massage leaves you relaxed and feeling like you just did Yoga.

Thai Sabai in Thai Town -- Best Massage EVER! – This charming little Thai massage studio sits in the back of an unassuming strip mall...don't be fooled! It may look like no frills from the outside (only adding to its charm) but once inside the doors... the world melts away. The soothing and beautiful atmosphere accentuates the best massage I've ever had, and I've had many. You come out feeling re-energized, stretched out, de-stressed, de-toxed...downright deeeelightful! And at 65 bucks for ninety minutes, you can't beat it. The place is clean and aesthetically on the mark...the mats and pillows are so comfortable you just want to stay and stay. Can hardly wait to take a group of friends into the big room for a shared experience...what a blast that will be!
