Unsatisfied Customer. I was issued a gift card to this spa. I know my boyfriend had the best of intentions however I wish he had researched spas in our area more. Not only does this spa not even offer a massage, it has very poor customer service. I was informed by Nancy that I didn't live in the "real world" when I asked for a refund, because in the "real world" no one can refund a gift card. Since she has refused to help me with this, my boyfriend is out $125. I guess in "my" world I prefer to spend money at reputable places with professional business people who value potential customers!
