Most HORRIBLE customer service ever – Most HORRIBLE customer service we have experienced in years.

We ordered a couch while in-store. We were told by Raya (sp?) that if we ordered from the store, shipping the item to our apartment would be free, as opposed to if ordered online. Today, she called to state that the item was shipping from Canada, and that it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. She then proceeded to state that the delivery would occur with "threshold delivery" and not "white glove delivery." This was news to us (as well as this terminology). She insisted that she discussed these terms with us on the day of purchase a few weeks ago, but this is definitely not the case. She stated that the delivery would be handled by a random freight company (she could not provide any company names to us at our request) who would charge an additional fee to delivery up to the apartment, otherwise the item would be dumped in the building lobby for us to take up ourselves. She proceeded to argue vehemently with us and insulted both my wife's and my intelligence (we are both in professional fields that demand attention to detail in life/death situations). We assured her that if we had known this absurd situation, we would not have ordered through the store. She proceeded to argue with both of us some more.

I spoke initially with her. 4 minutes after our phone conversation ended, she called back and said that she got in touch with the owner who said that they may be able to deliver to our apartment threshold but not inside. My wife then spoke to her a few minutes later, Raya continued to be quite obstinate, and patronizingly offered to come push the box from our threshold into our apartment. When my wife requested to speak to the owner, she was told that she is unreachable until next week (although she was able to miraculously get in touch with her as noted above).

Obviously, the "customer is NEVER right" at Tottini's.

Not Your Stereotypical Kids' Furniture Store – I tagged along with a friend who was going to Tottini to buy some furniture for their kids. I have to say I was impressed. It was stylish and hip. A nice store layout - not the typical clutter that you find at a lot of kids' stores. They had these cool looking strollers, chairs, beds. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tottini to all parents.

Great store for a modern nursery, kids furniture and accessories – tottini has a great selection of cribs, changings tables and rocking chairs for the modern nursery! It also carries twin beds, bunk beds (the ones on display are very cool) and dressers. It carries a vast selection of toys and accessories. Wonderful book selection! A great store with a lot of wonderful items!!

One of a kind in Seattle! – I went to buy a birthday present for my niece, and after an hour "oohing and ahhing" at all the cool stuff, I came away with two bags full of toys, books and other stuff. The staff was great. A rare find.
