Horrid customer service is just the beginning!!!.
DON'T SHOP HERE!
1) The ottoman and sofa were off color-wise--different dye lot
2) Missing throw pillows (supposed to come with the sofa)!
3) Charged me a $10 fee to remove the sofa frame which has yet to be refunded (it wasn't necessary to do this).
4) ATTITUDE from store employees and a total lack of customer service--they passed me from one person to the next and did not answer my questions!!
I intend to be a thorn in their side until I am satisfied. I paid top dollar for these products and expect to get what I paid for!!
