Worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life! Ordered an arrangement for my father in laws funeral with instructions to be ready by 9am went to pick it up at 10:30 on the way to the funeral( with wife and mother in law)and it was not done! I told him that since he was an hour and a half late he needed to deliver the basket because I had no time to spare. The Manager became visibly upset, and when asked if he had problem with this, I was told to f@&k off and to get out of his store. It took some time on the phone with corporate to rectify this, but I never received an apology from him. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!, if I can be treated like this so can you

Very impressed. This fruit basket was like nothing I had seen before. I received this as a gift on my birthday. What a surprise! This was such a twist from traditional flowers, I was not only surprised, but really inpressed! The fruit was so sweet and tasty and everyone really enjoyed it. The next time there's a special thing going on, I will always remember the special feeling I got when I got my basket and will get it for others.
