My experience was that of relaxation and harmony. The staff performing all the various treatments was very professional and attentive throughout the time. The refreshing feel after each treatment left me very relaxed. Would recommend to all my friends.
Best i ever had – I just wanted to say Mohammad was excellent! That was the greatest Deep Tissue I have had! Thank you!
What a fantastic way to celebrate my dear friend Mary’s 50th birthday! Shay’s Happy Birthday song- massage- wine and food. I love Qui Si Bella.
Very impressed! – Chrys hosted my wife’s 50th B-day party and it was fantastic! Beautiful facilities and so friendly, and not to mention the treatments, wow! I am impressed… and I am not easily impressed. Thank you Chrys and please send my thanks to your entire staff!
Amazing!! – I saw Mohammad today, I had fallen badly Friday and banged up my left knee and right elbow. After Mohammad worked on my body I felt like a new woman. He’s just amazing!!
This spa is in a great location, very easy to find parking. The spa is beautiful. They have state of the art equipment that isn't found at some other spas. Everything is very professional. I got a clearlight acne treatment awhile back when i had bad acne, and it has completely cleared it. I used to have a lot of pimples and blackheads and bumps, but this procedure uses a light or whatever to shrink your pores. That was years ago, and my skin is STILL nice. I ALWAYS get compliments on my skin. They use the best products here, like dermalogica and yonka. This is definitley one of santa barbara's hidden gems.
Thank you! – My eyebrows look great and I will definitely return to your expertise for any future touch-ups. Your business provided a wonderful calming atmosphere and I enjoyed it very much. I will definitely refer all my friends to you.
OMG..Not what they promised – ...this was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at a spa. The room where I had my massage was dirty...there must have been a scrub in the room prior, I could feel the grains on the floor when I took off my slippers to get on the table. The massage was sooo strong, that I asked 3 times for them to not be as aggressive and he told me "relax". I had bruises on my back, arms and legs. I have waited to write this because I did not want to be emotional. I did call and leave a message with the receptionist for the owner and never had a call back. I even emailed the owner with no reply. I feel as if they don't care. I paid full price for a swedish 50min massage. No one advised me of the special when I called, they asked me when I came in. I told them I didn't know about it and asked if I could get that price as a new customer and I was told I could not.
I have never been so disapointed in a Spa. They are not professional. They are not friendly. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Expensive and unproffesional – I went to Qui Si Bella for an upper lip wax and a back 'facial.' I left with a bit of skin torn off my upper lip and 14 big welts on my back with the skin broken! Everything scabbed over and took over a week to heal. Meanwhile I had to explain to my friends why I had a big scab on my lip, and it looked like I had a mouth sore - gross! I spent a day at the beach that weekend and was really embarrassed by all the large scabs on my back. This is totally unprofessional. They didn't charge me for my lip waxing, but refused to give me a refund for the back 'facial'. The owner did, however, offer that I could come in and she'd give me some "magic lotion" that would make my wounds heal. Um... no thanks! I'll never go back there again. There are lots of other great spas in Santa Barbara, so there's no reason to waste your money at this one.
not relaxing – I went into qui si bella for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. I was serviced by a husband and wife tag team. The manicure was the worst I've ever had, I still don't understand what made it a deluxe...there wasn't a scrub or mask and the hand massage was rushed. Additionally, while one hand was worked on, the other sat in cold, yucky water. Throughout the whole manicure, the lady talked about all the woes in her life...it was horrible. The pedicure was a little better, until the lady came back to do the polish, which was terrible. I had to go home and repolish my toes and hands. I will never, ever go back. This salon better step it up if they expect to stay in business.
