Can not say enough, Patti is both knowledgeable and customer service is her and her teams number one priority. Their goal is truly to provide outstanding customer service.
I'm the new Office Manager at Arrow Gas in North Kingstown, RI and would like to let you know that we are "under new management" -- we were acquired by Suburban Propane in August of 2012. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do NOT do business with this company. They charged me a security deposit "in case i didn't pay my last bill" of over $300 then i paid my last charge- and all of a sudden they claim they never billed me a security deposit. They nickel and dime your for EVERYTHING and demand that you get services that are not necessary. RUN don't walk to ANY OTHER COMPANY then these rip-off's. Customer service? That's a joke. They called me a liar when i insisted that they find the security deposit because i have proof I paid it!
I cannot express for horrible these people are- please tell everyone you know!
Sneaky... – Outrageous prices and horrible delivery service
Don't make the mistake of chosing them – Customer Service is non-existent. Their specialty is price gouging. In one delivery they took the price of propane from $3.57 to $6.00 and when asked they said it was a new pricing algorithm. When pressed they reduced the price to $3.57. Now they just jumper to $4.70. I switched and got a price of $3.49 elsewhere. They charge an admin fee for each delivery of $5.00 which for most users is about $.07 a gallon. They charge a $75.00 rental fee when most others are free.

Worst Company Ever!! – Arrow is the worst company ever with the worst costumer service. Tia and Robin are like two pitbulls. This company is the slum lord of all gas companies. I hate them so much that I made an account just to write this review. I would recommend going with a company like Suburban or Amerigas. I cannot say enough about the bad experiences I have had with Arrow and I cannot wait to hear when they go under.
Way Overpriced – I have been using Arrow in Scituate for about 2 years and didn't really check the PPG. I had never used propane before. I finally started checking the rates and realized I am being charged $6.60 when it should be around 3.7 at the most. I wish I had checked sooner. I am canceling tomorrow.
They seemed shady when I first signed up but I let it go because I had a lot going on at the time... really regret it now.
Have to Give A VERY Low Mark – I checked around and discovered I am paying over $6.00 per gallon of propane when market is somewhere between $3.00 and $3.50. I can't believe they expect to stay in business like this. Their choice though. My choice was to stop automatic delivery and start looking around for a new propane supplier.
Terrible company. Cheats, STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!! – I use propane tank fo rmy fireplace. They have been 'filling' it with gas when I have not even used it. When I called them, I was told it was becuase of the pilot light. They are extremely expensive, rip off their customers. I am switching. Take my advice - STA AWAY from them.
NO STAR - Worst company ever! – This is the absolute WORST company ever. Bunch of shysters. They were charging over $5 per gal and kept increasing their rates. I was on automatic delivery but needed an earlier delivery and they charged me $150 for an earlier delivery. So much for treating their customers fair! Now, I switched to AmeriGas. I suggest whoever reads this, does also. They are $4 per gallon cheaper! Arrow now wants to charge $175 for removal of the old tank (which by the way, is still sitting in my yard SINCE January 24th!!!) I put a third phone call in to tell these a-holes to remove their old tank and I was told a lame story about how the weather isn't/hasn't been conducive and they are back logged. Gee, I wonder why... how many other customers are demanding they come and pick up their tanks and shove their business up their wazoos! When I asked what the hell that was supposed to mean regarding the weather, the receptionist told me that it's been too cold and the tanks were frozen to the ground. NOT.... it's been in the 40s and last week on 2/11 it was in the 60s! What a scam! They will not be getting one penny out of me when they finally come to remove the tank, if they ever do. This company should be shut down!
