Best VietNamese food in R.I. ! – We have been enjoying Pho Paradise (pronounced "Fuh?" , say it like your asking a question) for some months now.

It has become our favorite regular eatery.

A menu full of many delights, all of which seem to out due the last with variety of flavor texture, and all seem to be so good for you as well.

We often start with an order of shrimp banh hoi (please forgive my attemtps to remember how to spell this!)

You get a so thin you can see through rice paper wrapper, some hot water in a bowl, grilled shrimp (shell on) some lovely fresh greens and some thin noodles.

Dip wrapper in water to moisten, then wrap it all up like a nimh chow or barrito, and dip in the wonderfull tangy sauce.

The Pho is the best around. A huge steaming bowl of fresh hot soup, add lime, fresh basil, hot sauce and hoison, and drink up!

Lastly, do yourself a favor and have the crispy fish. We've tried both the SeaBass and the flounder , which ever they have in season. The fish is served whole, crispy fried on a bed of greens and the most amazing sweet and sour-ish sauce. One the best meals I've had.

There are a vest number of dishes that will appeal to carnivores and vegetarians alike, and lots of seafood too. The curried Tofu is exceptional. And excellent Nimh chow and fried wings too!

The place is very plain, diner-esque in it's decor, yet the food is pure five star, and the service is usually excellent, always pleasant.

I'm the first to review this! – This is a nice and simple Vietnamese restaurant. It's a family owned joint that makes some of the best Pho (a Vietnamese noodle soup from broth) I've had in Providence. They give generous portions, which to me are always a big plus, at good prices. Parking can be a bit of a headache because this place has a small parking lot that it shares with an Asian Market. Lunch on a weekend tends to get very busy, but the food is worth the wait. It's nice and fresh.
