Worst Jazz Club I've been so far – This place is right next to Honolulu's biggest shopping mall and a strip bar run by a Korean owner, like many other Jazz Clubs in North America, like Atlanta or NYC; so I thought I was in for a treat, because I had been in similar setting and had pretty good experiences overall by Korean run eatablishments.

But this place is empty in good nights, and the services are so bad, waitress would come to serve you drinks half an hour after you sat down by yourself.

Jazz is only featured on Monday & Tuesday, so if you are serious Jazz buffs, you know what that means.

I inquired about why there was a Rock band playing while they advertised themselves as a Jazz club, and the waitress tried to explain that the "Beatles like" origin band on the stage is really playing Jazz?!

I walked by after shopping and try to find out more about the club before the first visit, people there didn't even want to talk to me.

The biggest disappointment in Hawaii, so far!

Expensive and bad service – The ambiance is great. Perfect for that cool, jazzy feel. The absence of the 3 remaining stars was the service or lack there of. We went on a Friday night, not a busy night at all, to my surprise. We were greeted after being walked on by a few times even though we were right in front of the bar. When we ordered drinks, I ordered a cognac, but didn't even get a full shot of it and it cost $13. Are you serious!! When I attempted to talk to the bartenter he gave me the cold shoulder and told the waitress to talk to me. He was doing absolutely nothing!

I was very disappointed by the service we received. If it weren't for that, I would gather my friends there every weekend for some awesome sounds and pupus. I'd even go there after work, solo.

FORGET THAT! too bad. I really hope they realize, you only get one shot sometimes.
