DO NOT EAT HERE – Our order totaled $62s plus tip.
We received three items I would not feed to my dog and he eats crap off the ground. 1 Chicken wings. What we received was a soft, mushy, repugnant pile of chicken bones. 2 Fettuccine alfredo. What we paid $10 for was over cooked long egg noddles in cheap store bought canned sauce. Food was complete crap. Item three was the wrong pizza! I asked for my money back And was told NO. DO NOT GO TO ROMIOS!
Awesome Pizza!! – Went here last week for my kid's end of the season soccer party. Was blown away by the pizza-right up there with the best I've ever eaten, and I have had pizza from just about everywhere.Highly, highly, highly recommend.
disgusting experience – the inside of this Romio's is so old and dirty. The pizza we ordered was the wrong kind and was so greasy it was dusgusting. if you order salad make sure you get your dressing on the side or you will get a little salad and alot of dressing.
This location of ROmio's is sooooooo bad. I will never go back.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE!!! – One of their drivers proceeded to call me and let me know that I would need to walk all the way down 8 flights of steps and back up because he didn't want to since our elevator was broken. When I finally got down there I told him I never want him to deliver at my residence again. He then proceeded to explode like a young, juvenile little boy that he looked like by calling me a b*tch and about 5 other obscenities I won't explain. I complained to the manager and she seemed so lackadaisical and didn't even offer to refund my money, that I had to call back & request to hear from the owner. BEWARE ALL, THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!
Great Food! – I have ordered from this Romio's several times, and never gotten anything that wasn't excellent!! The last two times I have ordered, the delivery guy must have been breaking land speed records!! Yes, I do only live a couple miles from the restaurant... but 19 minutes from time I placed my order to the time it reached my house?? At 8PM on a Friday night! Both times my pizza was fresh, and wonderful!! 1/2 salad big enough for two people! And I had a coupon to try the brownies... amazing. Only draw back, is the customer service is pretty lacking. But easily forgotten! :-)
Not going back – I have been ordering pizza from Romio's for a while. But last night on Sunday night I got the worst order from them. I ordered large combo pizza (it use to be my favorite) and it got delivered not only cold (which is ok, its winter!) but it tasted like it was previously frozen, then re-heated, not fresh, smelled like refrigerator.. I am not going to order pizza from you guys anymore because am not going to pay $26 for bad experience. Whoever prepared that pizza has to be fired because YOU DO NOT SELL BAD PIZZA ON SUNDAY NIGHT!
spectacular pizza, poor delivery – If you want some of this truly delicious pizza, go pick it up. The delivery service is unpredictable. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it takes forever (like 2-3 hours) and occasionally the pizza is undercooked or uncut, or something is left out of your order. BUT -- if you go to the restaurant to get it, it's completely perfect. The crust is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, the sauce is marvelous, and their house special is the pizza of all pizzas. The greek salad is also really good. The people there are really nice too. Just don't order delivery.
Awful Service – The pizza there is wonderful and can not say enough about the food, but the service there is terrible. We waited over 45 min for our check after all three of us got up indiviually, tracked down the waitress and asked her for our bill. During the time we waited therem three SEPERATE couple came and went with no one coming over to help them. We only get our pizza to go.
A mom and pop pizza place that's generous with the toppings. – In Short
Pies sport a medium-thick crust, maxed-out with toppings. Romio's offers several interesting combinations, including the G.A.S.P. variety: garlic, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and pesto. Pastas are of both Greek and Italian varieties, while salads include black olives, tomatoes and a handful of mozzerella cheese. Also on the menu are entrees like steak, pasta dishes and a handful of seafood plates.
