Another great job done by Christina's Pet styles and her staff my dog Marshmello loves to go there it the only place where I trust my dog to be gromed
I have been having my dog, Chewy, groomed by Christina for many years. At Chewy's last visit, I mentioned to receptionist that Chewy had growths on him and to have the groomer be careful when shaving him. The very next day, my son notices a cut on Chewy's back, which progressively got worse during the week as Chewy was somehow reaching to scratch his wound. We had to go have Chewy treated for an infection, which cost us $239.52 for his wound to be taken care of. I am totally upset. When I called Christina's, she was not available, but a couple of days later, the actual groomer called me, but denied, of course, clipping him. How else could this have happened. I am sending Christina the Vet bill together with an actual photograph of Chewy's wound. I will never send Chewy to be groomed by Christina's again.
A great grooming Shop for your Pets – I was driving along and I seen this Grooming shop for your pets and I decided to go in and see what they had to offer. After talking to the peolple inside I decided to let them groom my dog. So I told them I would come back later to pick up my dog. Well! when I came back to get my dog I just couldn't belive my eyes how great my dog looked. they did a very great job of grooming my dog and I was very pleased How they treated me and my dog. For sure I will be back to have them take care of my dog.
Just What I Wanted – My Yorkie mixed breed is very fussy when it comes to grooming (I usually do it myself), so I decided to take her to get groomed. The store was very clean & organized. I found the staff to be very friendly & very patient. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wonderful work done. I loved the cut, & my Yorkie seemed to be very happy after the grooming, which means they treated her well. The prices are reasonable for all the work that was done. I definitely will be going back.
Fantastic!!! – I cannot say enough about how great Christina is. I took my dog for grooming and received the best service I've ever gotten. I was referred by a friend who was singing her praises and my results exceeded by already high expectations. I don't normally take the time to review things like this, but I felt compelled after the wonderful service I (and my dog) experienced.
the worst!!!!1 – dont do it! they will butcher your dog!!! they are lost! my dog mia was butchered not once but twice!! and then they promis you the world and you go again and it happenes all over again!! if you love your dog then dont have this place cut its hair! steve wonder and ray charles could do a better job!!!!!
Sweethearts – I've brought my Westie to Christina several times, and have never been dissatisfied. I think she does a great job, and her shop is clean and friendly. There's a place to sit while you wait (if you choose to) for your dog. I've been to other groomers, and after several near disasters, finally decided to get a recommendation from my vet. He recommended Christina very highly, and in fact brings his own Westie there for grooming. My dog is a senior, and requires a bit more TLC, especially when getting her nails clipped. Christina totally gets it, and my dog is once again well-groomed and trauma-free. Don't pay attention to the former disgruntled employee who has taken on a campaign to slander this very nice woman who clearly loves dogs. I've spoken to her at length, and I know animal lovers. She is definitely one!
Response to Christina Panarello – As I read this review, I shake my head in disbelief. I would like to think that someone who provides a public service would at least know how to spell the word "customer". Yes, I did groom a pomeranian, and yes the customer was dissatisfied. She was not unhappy with the entire grooming, only the legs, the body and head she liked.That was over 2 months ago. The customer was a former client of mine from another grooming salon that has since closed after 40 years. I hadn't worked on the dog in over 2 years, and forgot that her legs were to remain full. Even though the client was unhappy with the grooming, she paid in full, left a tip, and promised to bring in a reference picture upon her next appointment. Christina was fully aware of this when it happened. When the customer came in this week to make an appointment, it was Christina's decision to give her a free service. She did call me at home that evening, and we did have words, but not about this. Recently, Christina has merged with the former salon I worked in before working for her. The owner of that shop asked if I would groom one of her dogs since I had worked on him in the past. I told her that as long as Christina didn't have a problem with that I would do it. Well, Christina had a huge problem with it. She became very agitated and made an accusation that I was trying to take her dogs. That is why asked if she felt threatened by me. During the same phone call, she asked why I seemed angry the last time we worked together. I told her it had noting to do with her, but she kept insisting that it did. That is when I told her "not everything is about you" . So all can see that once again Christina has taken words out of context to suit her benefit. Yet with all this said, it doesn't change the fact that she did in fact pull out 3 teeth from a dogs mouth, and left him bleeding for over an hour before having him taken to a vet. Funny in her poorly grammatical tirade, she mentions nothing about this.
christinas petstyles! – This is Christina Panarello,owner of christina's petstyles.the person who is writing these reviews susan ferrante she worked for me for a year and a half i had problems with her from the start.I tryed to work with her as much as possible.She always is screaming and yelling at the dogs,nasty with my costumers several coustumers dont want to deal with her.The last straw was when she shaved a pomerian when she was told not to.The older lady came into my shop this weekend in tears because the haircut wasnt what she wanted and her dogs hair didnt grow back.I gave her a free bath on sunday her dog had no hair i had called susan to tell her what happened about one of the dogs she groomed.Susan said "how dare i call her at 6:30 on a friday to tell me about this"I told her what had happened she had got extremly angry and started to scream at me.I told her that i wish she would handle the costumers better and let them explain the hair cut they want.to do as the costumers want not as what she wants.She told me that she feels that im threatened by her and not eveything is about me.After her screaming at me i had to let her go.Her plan is to get revenge by talking about me on the internet as shes doing.If anyone would want to call up any of my coustmers or south shore animal hospital and ask them about my grooming and how long i been doing it.I pride myself for always doing what the costumer wants and as far as hard to handle dogs i would never push a dog.I always want to help the dog because i know other grooming salons cant handle them so i try my hardest to help these dogs.I have costumers come in and wait with their dogs while their being groomed and bathed.ANY ONE CAN COME IN MY SALON AT ANY TIME TO TOUR IT AND WATCH ME GROOM.Sincerily christina
