Wonderful place, highly recommended. The workers are professional and seem to really like what they do. The boarding area is very clean and safe. The clubhouse does not have an outside area, but my dog was walked a couple times of day!. There is also a play area inside.

K9 Clubhouse has fair prices for day care and most importantly, our dog loves it! Thanks K9 Clubhouse.

"IT'S ABOUT TIME WE HAVE A GREAT PLACE LIKE THIS" – Recently I switch where my dogs stay while I'm away and found the K-9 Clubhouse in West Babylon. The facility I was using in Deer Park wasn't as honest as everyone thought and I was getting additional hidden charges and it was time for a change.

We have 2 Malti-Poos and only want the best for them and decided to use K-9 and to our surprise is the best on LONG ISLAND for anyone to leave their pets at and the prices are excellent. The staff is great and place is very clean and we are very pleased with the facility.

Thanks K9 clubhouse........

WOW!!!!!!!! It Just Doesn't Get Better! – I have used K9Clubhouse on several occasions and all I can say is they just get better and better. My dog gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot, he justs pulls us in. The place is beautiful and you would never know it houses dogs because it is spotless. They staff is so friendly and they get on the floor to greet Max. All I ever heard were great things about K9Clubhouse and all my friends at the dog park use them and talk highly about the place. I wouldn't ever trust my dog with any other place. Max always returns home tired from playing and definately NOT stressed out like he use to before I found K9Clubhouse. I have been to other kennels before K9 and Max would return home all stressed and it would take days for him to bounce back to normal. Im so grateful for finding this place. I can go away with peace of mind and I love the pictures that they would send me with Max playing with his buddies. Thank You K9!!!!! BTW... I love the free going home baths you offer but PLEASE tell me the shampoo you use on Max. He smells great for days on end. We are looking foward to our trip in February and Max is looking foward to his too.

K9 CLUBHOUSE !! Best on Long Island!!!! – I am so happy I found K9 CLUBHOUSE. I travel alot for work and having my dog in safe, fun, playful environment when I am away is very important to me. I have tried some vet offices thinking Taz would be "safer" there but soon realized their boarding dogs are secondary to the "patients". I tried some of the other bigger/corporate places but instead found them run like a factory, with employees that looked bored and only got excited when they nickled and dimed me for everything Taz did. I'm surprised there wasnt a fee for every time Taz pooped or peed! But then I found K9 CLUBHOUSE. I was completely impressed with the design, decor and smell of the place, feeling as if Taz was going to a Spa. They didnt require an appointment for me to see the place, which to me shows they have "nothing to hide" or need to "prepare" for visitors. I was shown around and the place looked and smelled beautiful. The pricing was completely reasonable and even included a going home bath at no charge! I knew exactly what my bill would be each and every time I booked. Taz always comes home happy and not stressed and the staff there shows they truly care about their guests. It is exactly what I was looking for...fantastic care, safe environment, reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else! If you are looking for a place to bring your dog, I strongly recommend them!

Show your pet you LOVE them...treat them to a stay @ K9!!! – I am proud to say that we are returning customers at K9 clubhouse. Each experience has been extremely professional, well organised, and with excellent communication. The owners, Stephen and Peter have developed a home away from home atmosphere paying particular attention to the individual likes and needs of each dog. The suites are clean and Patches was able to have his bed and toys with him at all times. The web cams and Facebook picture posts are wonderful to see your pet during their day of fun while they play with their "friends" in the play room. We proudly and confidently recommended K9 Clubhouse to many of our friends. It is heart warming to know that Patches is treated and loved at K9 as much as he is at home...we wouldn't trust anyone else!!! Thank you K9 Clubhouse!

If you love your pet, don't use them – We had a Christmas party at our house and wanted to board our dog for the night. Decided to use K9 Clubhouse on a recommendation. Troubles started right away.

We dropped Buddy off at 11:30 and took the webcam option. Since we were home, we were able to stream the webcam all day and night and really got the scoop on what occurred first-hand.

First, when we first opened up the web cam, my kids said "where's his toys?". We called up and them man said "Oh, I forgot" and we watched him put the toys in and play with Buddy for a minute. Ok, so he forgot.

Watching for the next 4 hours (the party hadn't started and we had the feed up for the kids), Buddy just slept. No play time. No walks. No potty break.

Then at 4:11pm, they fed him dinner. 4:11? Dinner? Fine. Then at 5:30 or so, he gets out of the pen for the first time for 10 minutes or so, and then back in.

Now the neglect begins.

Although the Webcam went down for an hour or two during the evening, it came back up around 9pm and the lights are off and Buddy is just sleeping. Not sure if they took him out or not, but the next morning the answer is clear.

My wife woke up at 7:30 and the web cam shows the lights are still off. At 9am, the lights go on. 9AM!! The dogs were in the dark for 12 hours. Now, having been locked up in the dark all this time, my wife watches buddy jumping, clawing, begging to get out of the kennel (no sound, but surely barking as well). Then, having no other choice, he goes and pees in the middle of the pen. Buddy hasn;t had an accident since June (he is still a puppy having turned 1 yr old Dec 1). So now, there he is, cowering in the corner with pee in the middle of the pen.

Jenn watches and watches (her heart breaking) and still nothing. She calls at 10 (opening time) and asks poiltely what is going on. They answered that the night person never showed up (HELLO!!!! THE DOGS WERE LEFT ALONE OVERNIGHT????? WHAT IF ONE CHOCKED OR HAD AN ISSUE???)

She had to tell them that he peed and they said that yeah, they cleaned it up right after, but she was watching and they never did. She couldn't take anymore and rushed right over there to "rescue" poor Buddy.

She got there and Buddy's bed and toys were wet with pee. This morning at 4:30 am Buddy started barking (he doesn't do this normally), and it seemed to me as if he was reliving the neglect from the night before.

Also, they showed my wife the playroom on her tour and we were happy he would play there. Not only did he seemingly get out of his crate one time, but when she picked him up, the walls of the playroom were torn down.

What you do with your pet is your business, but I can tell you Buddy will never see that place again. It still breaks our hearts to think of him there.

Beware.

We were having construction done in the playroom. I was there all night overseeing the work and watching out for the dogs. No dog was left alone or in danger. Lights go out for dogs so they can sleep. Even the best housebroken dogs urinate in kennels. (smells, noise, being away from home). Your dog was barking over the construction noise. SORRY!

Posh Pet Hotel – I have three doggie boys? a 10 yr. old Norwich, a 7 year old EskiPom, and a 11 yr. old Scottie. They enjoy going to camp - K9Clubhouse! They come home calm, on schedule, and happy. I know they are in good hands, and travel worry free. The new facility is beautiful, well managed, and so doggie friendly. My husband and I highly recommend this dog hotel.

Best Place Around – Anyone who will happily put up with our Bassett Hound has to be a keeper! K9 Clubhouse was such a wonderful find from the great facilities to the owners who have a world of patience and clearly love animals and what they do! We have been clients for a few years and will keep going back, and so will all of the friends we have referred.

Awesome Experience for First Time Boarder & Veteran – I had never boarded my 2.5 Boxer before, and he's not exactly a social dog, he does have his sister, a 6.5 Lab who had been boarded in the past. So we brought them in and asked that they spend all their time together.

We did a one night trial run (we'll be boarding them for a week in Aug) When I picked them up I couldn't believe how chill and relaxed my boxer was (he's never that relaxed!!) He had a great time, the facility was clean, a good size, the people were nice. I'm so excited that this was a success that my husband and I will finally be able to take a well needed vacation!!! I will definitely use the K9 Clubhouse again!!!!

Best Kennel on Long Island – I had never placed my German Shepherd ?Dante? in a kennel before. If I went away, someone in my family would ?board? him for me. This summer I decided to try out a kennel. After extensive research, I was disappointed with what I saw. Most had a very industrial feel, with the pens looking like prison cells, run by people who looked disinterested in their job.

Then I came across K9 Clubhouse and its owner Stephen. From the minute I walked in, I knew this was where Dante would be spending his ?vacation?!! From the soothing colors, the flat screen TV?s in every pen, internet viewing so I can watch my dog if I choose, and the caring nature of Stephen, I knew not only that Dante was in very good and importantly, safe hands, but he would have a great time there as well!!

The amount of playtime they get is incredible, especially compared to what was being offered by other kennels, which they were going to charge me for! At K9 Clubhouse, there are no additional fees for anything!

When I picked Dante up, he was fresh and clean and actually tired from all the activity. I received a report card telling me everything about his week there. A few days later, I received some amazing digital pictures that showed just how much fun he had on his ?vacation?. He has been back there several times.

There is no other kennel like this on Long Island. Right now my friend has his dog ?Nino? there. This was his first time in a kennel as well and he was just as concerned. Needless to say, Nino is having a great time!

It is unfortunate that someone reported a bad experience. I would take that review with a grain of salt, as I have never seen anything remotely close to what was reported there. There are two sided to every story. Stephen is wonderful and the kennel is of the highest quality, in terms of cleanliness and the care of its "customers". A properly trained and housebroken dog would never get urine on them.
