I have yet to hear back from anybody in regards to my complaint for the service that was provided to is. I was promised an "Ultimate party bus" with champagne stem ware, a red carpet, with 30 person capacity. However, only about 20 people could fit. The red carpet was a JOKE, as it was a mat. And the champagne stem ware was 4 champagne glasses and red plastic party cups. And to top it off the door to the driver door kept getting stuck and the sound system was old and sounded awful. The driver however was very professional. And the bus was there on time. After calling to complain I was told the owner was out of town and would get a call Tuesday. Never got a call. I was only offered 1 free hour but did not feel as though that was enough. Besides our party was to start at 8, so that was not an option. My family and I will not ever do business with your company again. Very disappointed.
Worst Communication – For my 29th birthday, I was sharing with 5 our friends birthdays with, I was told by a friend she knew a employee and thought he could give us a good deal. I decided to hold off making any plans to wait. He never returned her calls to the office and told her I needed to put a deposit but wouldnt give us a price. 3 weeks till m party I decide deal or no deal I need to reserve something qickly. I decide to make the trp to the otherside of town and see what I have been waiting for and make some arrangments. After looking at the limos I originally wanted I explained to the employee he knew my friend and would like to see the limo they had been discussing. After looking at the limo I decided I would like the up grade regaurdless the price difference. I explained I didnt have the full deposit because of the up grade and if we can do something over the weekend till I got my paycheck. He said it wasnt a problem and he would call me for the total price and finalize after lunch. I am here on monday and he is not working and never made any note about my visit. I am now rearranging my plans over this companies lack of communication and professionalism. I asumed they would have called to say they couldnt hold it, I would not changed my mind but looked for a way to borrow the money to finalize my reservations. It just made me look at the flaws and knew my Birthday would have been ruined by communication problems I was already having.
I will never attempt or do business with this compay again..

great job, lovely limo – Hello. I would like to take a moment to pay complent to Darren, the driver for our Bachelorette party this past Saturday, August 22. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. As a result of his excellent service, if renting a limo in the future we would most certainly use Star Limo, and request him as our driver if available. Please let him know what a great job he did!!!!

our driver rolled the red carpet and iced the cahmpagne already for us. it was worry free
Carry your cell there this co knows there will be problems – Here is a concept this company dose not know how to use or won’t because they are money hungry.
They have done nothing but blame the client for all the problems. “Not carrying their cell phone on their wedding day when the AC did not work and then said the wedding party had to many clothes on and that is why they were hot:“ Has the company ever thought answering the many e-mails and phone calls and saying “ I sorry you had a problem.” No they are so money hungry they believe it is easier to blame the client..
At least the employees that posted good reviews on this line got good service and were not blamed for the problems with the SO CALL NEW LIMO.'
Funny how there were no reviews before my comments about the bad service from this company.
Don't ever forget your cell phone when you deal with this company. BECAUSE when the problems start It will be your fault if you don't call them. Oh and if it is your wedding day use a different company. BRIDES and her party are expected to carry your cell phone as they know there will be a problem
The AC dose not work in their cars and yes it is hot but, the company said will it is hot and the bridal party is over dressed SEE more ways to put blame on me and not take responsibility for poor service .Well don't you think that if an AC worked right it should not matter how you are dressed.
Customer did not " tip" limo chauffeur= addl charge.
as to the other comments all vehicles are serviced and we can show proof.
we never received a call from client during alleged complaint, we would have replaced vehicle..she claims she did not have access to cell-phone.. total nonsense.
sometimes when it is 105 degrees and people overdress for weddings as we all do in the summer time in mid july -august you will be hot
