We have took all of our business here and went today to repair a chip in the windshield we just bought, they promise you two free repairs! We dropped our vehicle off and the receptionist told us she wasn't going to give us a free repair, she threatened us to keep our vehicle if we expected it free!! Then while picking up the vehicle she came out and said to me "the keys are in the console f****** stupid b******....f******skank!!! Is this how you treat your customers?? WOW she should be fired and I will make sure of it!!! RIO RANCHO LOCATION

This place is fine if nothing goes wrong. I had my windshield replaced and a tint bar across the top. First off the first process of getting a new windshield and tint done took over 3 hours ( I was ok with that because they did discount the tint, but I wasnt happy about it). However, I noticed the day after the tint was done that something wasn't right with the tint. When you touched it was hard and rough in a spot. So my husband and I took it over to them. I was told they couldn't fix it for a week because my windshield had to setup. Makes sense right. So I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. Well that was a hug mistake..Now my brand new windshield is scuff and scratched from removing the first tint job and now the passanger window tint (that should have never been touched, is all scratced up. I had my husband take a look at it and we agreed to give them a call. So I called and spoke with Bee (who is really friendly until something goes wrong) She told me that I was unreasonable and that she has to refer this to the GM because they just can't make me happy. Well who would be happy about paying out pocket for a new windhsield to have t scratched in less than a week, who would be happy about good tint on the passanger window being scratched. Bee tried to tell me that she watched them do the tint and that my doors were wide open and they the tint guy would never scratch my window and that she watched him do all the work. If you call watching him do all the work, sitting in the office and talking to me, then yes she watched him do all the work. But I know she didn't so why be so dishonest with me? So after having her hang up on me 2 times with her saying I am unreasonable and they can't seem to make me happy, I called back a third time asking for the GM's phone number so I could all him myself. I was told by Bee that she cannot give out that information and I would have to wait for the GM to call me and he would do so by the end of the day. I don't know how they are going to fix this, but I can say STAY AWAY from them.. They don't like making their mistakes right and are very rude and direpectful when problems arise.

Good service ... and some dishonesty – Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. Things went smoothly and well, easy to work through them for insurance claim. It was a quick replacement and then I came to pick up my car.

Exterior plastic trim at the base of the windshield was not reassembled. I was asked to bring it back the next day to fit ... maybe they ran out of retaining clips, fine, I'll do that. The next day I was told that the trim didn't fit because the doublesided adhesive wasn't good anymore. It was clear to me that the retaining toggle clips were broken, broken pieces were still hanging in the car frame, that's why the trim wasn't flush with the windshield. So I understand how those clips can be broken during disassembly, they're toggle clips after all and the backside can't be accessed for ease of disassembly. Take out the broken pieces and put in new clips, they're cheap plastic pieces, done. I don't know why that couldn't have been done, there's no reason to lie about something so trivially easy to fix correctly. But I got two different lies from two different installers at the shop. I see the broken clips, you see the broken clips, you do this all day, you know why the trim isn't fitting flush. Give me a break.
