Bad customer service. I first contacted Body Bronze when I was calling tanning salons in the area for pricing. Body Bronze was the only location I contacted that had nude airbrushing. The sales girl recommended the airbrushing over the Mystic because she stated it lasted 3-4 weeks. After waiting a week, I called back to make an appointment and, again, was told that the airbrushing would last 3-4 weeks. When I went in for my appointment, the girl working was obviously unexperienced and, unfortunately, was left to run the store by herself. She had to call the manager to go through a walk-through of how to use the airbrushing tool. After the airbrushing, I asked the sales girl how long I should wait before showering, whether I should wash my hands, etc. She stated, "I'm probably not the best person to ask. I'm new." So, after waiting more than 12 hours, I showered only to find that 90% of the color washed off in the shower. Definitely not worth the $40. When I called the store to speak to the manager (or who claimed to be the manager), she asked if I could hold for a minute. She set the phone down on the counter as I waited over 5 minutes. I could hear her conversation in the background as she flirted with a chiropractor. Classy. After a few minutes, she hung up the phone. I called her back saying I had been hung up on and she said that she "placed me on hold". CLEARLY, when there is no more noise, the timer stops on my cell phone, and I see my wallpaper, I've been hung up on. When, I explain to her that I never developed color from my airbrushing (not even bringing up the idiot who was working), she said that the airbrushing only lasts 7 days. This was my 3rd day and again, I didn't show any color after the initial shower. I heard a lot of excuses, but really, she couldn't care less. And neither can I because I'll never go back. They get 1 star because I can't submit this comment without giving them at least that.

Body Bronze=classy. Best place I have been ever! It's clean and modern. I love it and the people that work there! They even give you bubble gum :)
