Best service in town!. My water heater had gone out and flooded my basement. I called them Saturday at 8:30pm and someone answered the phone and gave me a price. I called some other companies (one's that actually answered) and they were double to come out and replace it that night. I called Kelley Plumbing back and they came out within an hour and they helped me find someone to clean up my water mess too. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Beware! Poor plumbing and poor customer service. I recently had a very bad experience with Kelley Plumbing. We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and called Kelley Plumbing to repair it. Their plumber arrived 1 hour late. After assessing the problem, he told us our supply lines were leaking and said it would be $125 to repair them. He didn?t have the supply lines on his truck and had to go get them at a local plumbing store. He had no bucket, rags, or flashlight while working. In the course of his work, he made a huge mess that needed to be mopped up. He used our good kitchen towels (without asking us) to mop everything up. When he was done with his work, he told us that he replaced the supply lines, but now the problem was much worse. He said we needed a new faucet and couldn't use the sink until we got one, because the leak was so bad. When I asked him why there was now a huge leak in the faucet, he didn?t know and said, "I didn't touch the faucet".

I telephoned Kelley Plumbing to discuss the problem, but they were very uncooperative to work with me and insisted their plumber did nothing wrong. It was a very frustrating experience. I won't ever again use their service and highly recommend you don't either.
