Pedicure – Little to no wait and I was on my way to get my summer feet! It surprised me with all that they did. It felt great, and got my feet looking exceptionally well. Great job. Their staff was friendly and we had a nice chat during my pedicure. I recommend anyone go, I will be back for sure. A little hard to find the actual building it was located in, but that wasn't a problem. Very relaxing, very good.
Outstanding – Great day to say the least. Hard to find, but a little look around the shopping mall area and I got it. Once I entered, I was greeted by an extremely nice staff. I had little to no wait time before getting my 30 minute massage. It was very needed, and was absolutely amazing. I assure you I will be back. Quite regularly too. I don't know what these other reviewers were talking about because I had an exceptionally well time there. Great massage, great staff, great everything. It was very relaxing, and I encourage anyone to go.
Spa Day – Recently I had a first time experience of a spa day package for myself. Very needed!!! Upon arrival all was great! The over all experience of the ?spa day? was in its self - nice.
I had a 1 hr massage (by the owner, Shalee's), hr facial, and hand & foot scrub/ manicure/pedicure (by a lovely lady, named Hanna).
The only complaint was the massage. For her to be the owner which to me conveys experience, especially when one says where the problem areas are?.I expected them to be worked out! And they weren?t there for I personally wouldn?t recommend a massage from the spa or from the owner. No hard feeling?.just business. All else was nice
BAD IPL – I had IPL done on my face last year around this time frame. I had a lot of acne, and pigmentaion due to the years of sun. I had 4 session's done and my face looked great, the best i've seen it in years. I went in for my 5th treatment and my face ended up burnt. I went back to her the 2nd or 3rd day and she told me to put aloe on along with neosporin. I wish now i would have went straight to the ER and maybe it would have saved me from some scarring. If i wouldn't have lost the pictures off of my phone i would have pushed for legal action. I now have scars right below my cheek bones on the both sides of my face. I'm very lucky and could have been worse. Like those horror stories you read on the internet. If you want IPL i suggest you call a physican and let the pro's do it! Also i called and asked for a refund for all IPL sessions and didn't receive a dime back! I would not suggest use of this spa to anybody! NO STARS FROM ME!
Bad Business – My husband purchased a $50.00 massage in 2007 when I was eight months pregnant and was unable to use because the did not have a table to accomidate me. I called and talk with Shalee and she told me that I could come in anytime and that she would take care of me. My husband even called a year later and she informed him that I could come in anytime for my massage that she would have my info in her drawer. I stayed very busy as most mothers do and became pregnant agian. I called this may almost 4 years later to check to see if we could finally set up my massage. She wanted to know how and when my husband purchased the massage and when I told her and she told us that our massage had expired and or she didn't have any record of the massage. It was just too bad. She hung up the phone one me. My husband then tried to call back a few seconds later and Shalee was unavailable. I then looked up our bank records and found where the $50.00 had been deducted from our bank account from Shalee's. So then I called again and Shalee was again unavailable! She did call me husband back later that evening and told him that she had no record of our massage and if so it had expired. She was very rude! She then told him that it would be bad business practice for her to refund any money or even try take care of us. She would not let me husband even speak. She then again hung up on us. She never once tried to make things right or even offer to fix the problem. I know $50.00 is not a lot but for someone to steal it from you it makes it a real big deal. She could have handled it so much better and even made return customers but she choose to steal our money. No Stars!
