Fantastic steak, awsum service, reasonable prices – Not sure why Michael23 had such a bad experiance here. Because my girl(friend) and I stopped in here on vacation from Omaha,Ne and were TOTALLY impressed by everything. I am a former restaurant mngr. and chef for 15 years and have spoiled my beautiful lady friend with my cooking. And she knows great food as a result of that. We were seated within 60 seconds of entering.Yes, granted we did get there around 6:30. But as anyone knows, you have to arrive a little early at such a great place,or you may have to wait a bit. As we found out. Because shortly after we arrived, the place was packed. We were seated and greeted by our waitress within minutes. She asked and helped with our choice of a before dinner cocktail, and after she returned with them in a very timely matter, asked if we would like an appitizer. As if she was reading our minds she suggested a shrimp & lobster dip w/chips. It was "the bomb!" We both ordered the Ceaser sald which we were both very impressed with. The greens were fresh and the thinly sliced Parmission cheese was perfect. We had to force ourselves to stop eating it to save room for dinner as it was plentiful. We both ordered the prime rib (she had it traditional and I with the Bernaise sauce). My lady friend had the sweet potatoe and I the baked. Both of which were done to prfection and hers had the flavor of grandma's sweet potatoe at Thanksgiving.(delicious!) Both too large for either of us to finish. We both had to take some steak and our potatoe home for leftovers as we were stuffed! And to top it all off...our waitress brought us a small complimetory dish of icecream with some kind of sauce that I can't remember...wish my girl(friend) was here helping me type this cuz she'd remember. All I know is it was DELICIOUS! We both agreed on one thing. When we come back to this area,we WILL eat here agin.I have paid alot more in Omaha for the same experiance. We can't wait to eat here again.

National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting. – In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Great steak. poor service – I've only been on the weekend for starters. so with that, i can only tell you about my past 3 visits. if it was'nt for the steak i would not go there! To reserve a table and expect them to call your name, is a joke. three straight times, they have forgotten about me, after repeat times of going up and asking them how far along are we. but i like i said, if it was'nt for the steak... ( of course the price for the steak is a bit much, but, if you want a good steak...) the potato that comes with the steak should be served only with a kids meal,i mean, you could hold three of them in your hand at one time, they are so small ! ( and there IS such a thing called ,over cooking a potato) service is so-so, make sure your not empty on your drink before ordering another one. again, i like their steaks, so i put up with it.
