I puchase this furniture in late june 2012 and had it delivery on june 30th 2012
The koton cktl table brace has broken off and we turn the ottamon over and notice these staples in the wood .poorly manufacture , and the sofa was deliverd with extra fabric stuck into the seam ,two pillows were incorrect seam and are coming apart . I called customer service and sent my first complaint on sept 18, and they did not respond ,so I emailed again and asked to speak with a supervisor ,he called and they will mail a brace to us , and we advised them of the brocken pegs into the wood as shown in the picture.
Do not buy furnitue from this store , they are not perfessional and they dont stand behind their products they sell .

HELP ME - Customer Service / Quality Control Manager – HELP HELP PLEASE HELP ME - SOMEONE FROM LIVING SPACES I yet to get a call or letter regarding my 2 year old furniture. I purchased the so call DON'T WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING 5 YEAR WARRANTY..... Ya RIGHT !!! I called for help and the Professional Customer Service reps. Jim and Lily get upset raising their voices at me when I'm the customer who's 2 yrs. old furniture is falling apart and can't get any help. What kind of Professional Business treats their customers with such Service ??? HOW DARE YOU LIVING SPACES. At least a phone call would help ! I have called and E-mailed. I need my furniture fixed and that useless Warranty refunded !!!

Horrible Delivery service...Horrible Customer Service! – Worst customer service experience I have ever had from any company!! They advertise same Day Delivery,,.Ya Right. I went late night on Thursday, so knew, of course, it would be a Friday Delivery..I received a 6-10p window, and They were a NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! NOT EVEN A CALL!!! What professional organization does not even call or email? Then I called at 1145pm and got a Irene or Renee, cant remember, This girl puts me on hold for 5 minutes 2 come back and tell me they are on the corner of my street. 1215 , that corner must be far cuz they still were not here..then I proceeded 2 call and call and call...and now NO HUMANS would answer...only voicemails and recordings.. I left 4 messages.... advising them it was now 1am..no calls, not one call from the driver, the delivery team...NO ONE , not to mention if they had of shown up, im in an apt complex with neighbors and I have a toddler...how would they be able to deliver and properly put together anything at that ungodly hour...anyway...I get a call next morning at 9am...even though my messages said to them, My furniture better be here by 9am...And Adam tells me he is a supervisor...nice guy....but useless as a supervisor....He proceeds 2 tell me they only have a window tonight from ..guess..6pm-10pm.....I go off, that is totally unacceptable..U MISSED OUR APPOINTMENT FOR LAST NIGHT..YOU BREECHED you delivery contract to me...I should be the first delivery of ur day..the 1ST!!! He said unfortunately there is no way 2 do that? WHAT? these people are completely Clueless...I am a missed committment on their part....an overdue delivery..He states he cannot even assure me I will be the first delivery of that 6-10pm..IS HE KIDDING RIGHT NOW? I would be on the phone to Dispatch so fast, like we missed this customers delivery...we need 2 give them priority.... I spent over $1200 dollars for 2 pieces of furniture in this store...and Sadly, I was going to go back incremenentally to put together My Bedroom set and My daughters in sections..becuase of the cost of some items...So I was planning on spending quite a bit of money in this store..and going to have to go through at least 2 more deliveries..Now, Im going to have to research who else sells the furniture im seeking because I see they put no value on Customers or what customers spend in their establishment to even provide at minimum adequate and FAIR customer service. I mean things happen, sure. Its how you handle the events that happen that make u a quality establishment.. And the way these robots handle issues that occur, is beyond unreasonable to the customer who has 2 put their life on hold for their mess up.. And its just like they are all living in a computerized , animated, twilight zone... Where are the 2 brothers who use to advertise a family like store..they must have got way to big to care about the customer now.. Any chance I get, Im going to share my experiences with friends..cuz I find this to be outrageous..FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON LIVING SPACES PART..BUY TODAY, DELIVERED TONIGHT!! TRY 2 days later, and no phone calls !!! Living spaces..u should buy my 2 bedroom sets for me for the valuable time you have wasted out of my life! Time is valuable and u cant get lost time back!!! You have totally missed the Boat on this one!! U may want 2 look into hiring a different delivery company who u can count on 2 make things right for the customer.. Adam was nice enough 2 say he would like to refund my delivery fee.Thanks Adam , but again. Is that Really Enough? Making me sit around lke an idiot til 1am, w/BRONCHITIS mind you.Time is Valuable and 2day My whole day is wasted waiting for these people who miscommitted yesterday..So LIVING SPACES..FAMILY ORIENTED..CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.What are u going to do to make this right? HORRIBLE experience – OK so here i sit at 12:48 am and still no delivery. I went into the store Friday and spent about an hour looking at every recliner they had. I finally decide on one and go to purchase 2 of them, no problems yet...i pay for them cash and am told they are not in stock at this location, so i agree to come back the next day and am told they would be there by noon. No problem i don't have plans until 1pm. I call at 12:30 to make sure they are there before i drive the 20 + miles to get there. And he tells me there was a glitch, they didn't make it to the store, im a little ticked by now. The gentleman says they can deliver it to me tonight between 8pm and midnight...kinda weird hours but okay i want my chairs by Sunday so i agree to that. I leave my birthday party early to be home by 8pm so i don't miss them. I continue to sit and wait and wait...12:20am comes around and not even a phone call was made to me to explain why the delivery wasn't made. at 12:36 am i get a phone call saying the driver is running two hours late would I still like the delivery to be made?? that would mean i would have to stay up until 2:30 AM for my delivery...um HELLO..what apt building do you know that would like anyone to get furniture delivered at that hour??? let alone i am tired now, but too p$%$$ed off to sleep... so will i ever shop there again? Heck NO, im going there first thing in the morning and get my money back. This is NOT how I wanted to spend my birthday.

LIVING SPACES FURNITURE IS THE WORST!! – DO NOT BUY anything from the LIVING SPACES chain. the ceo grover geiselman and these stores have the worst customer service and the furniture you get will most likely not be on par with what you see in the showroom. returns?? refunds?? forget about it, once you buy something here your stuck with it!!

Living Spaces Is A Rip-Off!! – They charge for delivery even if its within a couple of miles of the store. Well, O.K. I can live with that.
However, they charge a restocking fee of 10% if the item CANNOT be delivered. That is outrageous. That is cavalier and despicable.
It cost me $165 to NOT get a sofa! They could not get it around a corner of a hallway in my house.
I'll never shop there again. I'll shop at honest, reliable stores with good customer relations. Not the crooks and rip-off at Living Spaces.
BAD FURNITURE. BAD WARRANTY. LIERS – I BOUGHT ABOUT $6000 Worth of furniture there. The furniture it's so bad. Two of the 4 leather chairs that I bought with my dining room set started separating from the seams within 6 months. The sales person there was so pushy to sell me this Guardian warranty. Which he said "ANYTHING" happens to the furniture it will be covered. Well not anything. Only accidental damage. After several days of calling and leaving messages I finally got to speak to their "HIGHEST" authority a person named "JOHN BENSON" whom did not even listened to me and just said "SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU" and disconnected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LYING PEOPLE TO ANYONE.
watch what you are charged – We were overcharged. Watch your total amt. Watch whats taxed. Watch the delivery charge.
Now the poor delivery service. These guy's don't care if they mess up your marble entry or track dirt up your clean wool carpet.
If they say they credited your account, get that in writing.
My bank currently shows the wrong amount was taken out. Not the corrected sales amount. Not any refunded amount.
The delivery person also broke the "invisible screen" at the front door.
He just "pushed" it open. The screen "automatically retracts". I'm almost positive he's used to bars on his windows and doors. Hence, he had no idea what he was doing. Oh, yeah, I meant his job, too! That comment is warranted. I understand the spoken spanish language. Be careful what you say, especially if your paycheck depends on the person you swearing at.

WOW – This place is a wow right when you walk in the store. Such friendly people, very attentive but not pushy. Delivered right when they said the same day. Place to buy futniture is Living Spaces in my book.
