Recommended – I took my daughter in to get her lip piercing changed - she was nervous and they were really great with her. He explained everything that he was doing and told her what her options were. He was willing to spend the time with her that she needed to get comfortable. The price wasn't really all that important to me - I was more interested in service - but the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this shop for tattoos and piercings. Bring cash - no credit cards accepted.

Wait Hold Up – First of all I've been going to this shop for 3 years so far and I've had nothing but the best treatment. I'm shocked to hear the negative feedback. From my experience It seems when people that are not educated about this industry and art are the ones who seem most dissatisfied and it's not wise to be upset at the fact that when you do not know what you are talking about you run and assume you do. This shop is by far one of the best shops in the Inland Empire and I HIGHLY recomment this shop to anyone who is looking for good tattoo work and knows what they are asking for.

Chino and Richie have always helped me with my tattoos and ideas that I regret manifesting on my own. They know what they are talking about and know what looks good and what doesn't. Unless you are a professional, trained, and edcuated artist, do not "yelp" about what didn't work out for YOU. As a matter of fact tattoos are a luxury and you do NOT need a tattoo that you can't pay for. Work is NEVER free and you get what you pay for. That is all.

DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP! – I went in on Saturday 4/3/2010.. paid $220 for a piece on my upper back.. Graphic artist (Richie) is not as professional as he seems. He doesn't pay attention to what your asking for, doesn't communicate well with Chino (the tattoo artist)..Chino is into himself, and thinks he can do no wrong. I asked for thick lettering, and thats not what I got. yes I should of said something before I left, but I was wrong to assume that they are a respectable shop and they would have no problem doing touch ups on there work. When I asked to get back in, I was disrespected.. basically told that what I got is what I get unless i want to pay more.. I would not send any friends or family here. If you want a cheap price and a cheap looking tattoo.. Then go to Painful Thoughts.. If you want to love your art work.. go somewhere else.

This place is great and the guys are very knowledgeable !!!! and cute – My step daughter wanted her belly button pierced, but she was scared. She had been to a couple other places but "chickened out"...so, we went to Painful Thoughts. We just walked in without an appointment. The staff made her feel very comfortable. They explained to her what they were going to do, and let her take her time to pick out her jewelry. The procedure itself was a great experience. She hardly felt anything but a little pinch. They were very knowledgeable and educated us on other piercings and tattoos. it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I will go there to get my own piercings and tats done in the future, and my other friends will be going there too. I highly recommend this place.
