My Kids Still have a Home. Huge gratitude to RJV for allow me to keep the roof over my 3 kids heads when I thought we'd be out on the streets. With a lot of hard work, they were able to get my payment lowered so I could stay in my home. Being a single Mom, I wouldn't have been able to find a place for us that would be comparable to my new terms. The modification took a long time because of the Lenders; but patience & persistance prevails. Thank You !!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! i HIRED THEM TO DO TWO MODIFICATIONS. THE FIRST ONE THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE AND I LOST MY HOUSE,! THE OTHER ONE THEY WERE PAID UP FRONT IN JAN.09 AND NEVER CONTACTED MY LENDER! THE LENDER HAS SENT ME A HOPE PACKAGE WHICH ISN'T THE GREATEST BUT IT'S SOMETHING. THIS WAS DONE WITH OUT THE HELP OF RJV. DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE FRAUDS!
