Shady - you're not watching my baby again!. Although they admittedly did an okay job of watching my dog, they are very flaky and dishonest. When I first spoke with the owner, he mentioned a 3 oclock pick up time for an overnight stay. I said fine but said we might be cutting it close. He said that would be no problem. I called the next day at 2:30 to arrange to pick up my dog. I did not hear back from Mighty Dog until after 3:00. When my husband arrived across town to pick up our dog, he was told we'd have to pay another full day's fee for being late! When I spoke to the owner, and reminded him that we'd tried calling BEFORE three to arrange for pick up, and that he was the one who was late to call us back, he would not budge. Further, he was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. With the myriad of pet sitting and boarding services available in the City, do not waste your money on Mighty Dog.
