These previous reviews are completely outdated. The store has been updated, along with the employees. From the minute I walked in the door there was an employee there to greet and direct me to what I was looking for. She helped me to get a shirt down that I couldn't reach and was very pleasant about it. The music was also not overbearingly loud as it used to be (I'm 36), the songs all had a techno, yet reggae sound to them. The store is enormous, don't miss the whole 2nd floor! There are employees everywhere to help you out. You can't beat the trendy fashion at such low prices - you can afford to be in style year-round shopping at this store. I absolutely love it!
extremely loud music and no seating anywhere !!.
we loved the look of the store but could not stay very long due to the overwhelmingly loud music. We wanted to stay awhile but couldn't. We are in our 40's and like music, but this was so extremely loud that we had to leave.
Also, trying on shoes was IMPOSSIBLE as there were no chairs to sit down to try them on !!
If you want mid-age customers to shop awhile in your store, (and we ARE the age that has more money than the teens who shop), AND for husbands waiting on their wives, you better clue in on the volume of the music and get some seating in the store, ESPECIALLY for shoppers to try on shoes !!
hate it!!. so i have ordered stuff from the forever21 website before and loved it so i thought why not go to the mall and check out the store....now i know its best if i just order off the internet. There was way to much stuff going on in there and in fact the lady in the check out line behind me said "why do the need the music so loud, i would stay in the store alot longer if they just turned the music down." Now most of the sales people in there were rude, not to mention most of the customers as well, everyone pushing and shoving to get the best deal. I also had a problem with trying to look at some of the cloths...they were packed on the rack so tightly that i could not flip through them to look for my size. Bad experience, for me i will just stick to ordering online.
kinda love it & hate it..
i definetely recommend anyone who hasn't been there to check it out. everything deserves a chance. they have great variety and cutsey unique little things, always updated with fashion. butt i hate the whole outlook of that store, its just so unorganized and cluttered u cant even get between the hangers and things, stuff all over the floor, fitting rooms and always full and lined upp. customer service sales people are sooooo freaking rude!! they dont ever ever everrr offer any help, they are supper snoby .. im sure i would be too in an environment like that. but anyways one time i saw a super cute shirt on a dolly and i absolutely wanted to try it out but .. there was no more! so i politely asked if i could try the one on the manequin since it was my size as well, the girl said NO, they cannot do that i was thinking why in the world would u want to keep it on the doll if that is the last one!! hellooo what kind of advertisement is that ?? so i went and asked another girl and she said the same thing but that she would ask her manager so then the manager said it was fine. i was like wow!! i didnt even end up buying the shirt it looked ridiculous. but the point is that was rude ........ supper duper snoby environment people pushing and shoving literalyy. and oh my god i didnt even mention the loud music !!!!!!! it is so disturbing!! its like a freaking clubb. in a bad kinda way.
thats all i guess ......... atleast most of it.
