Scrumptious Baked Goods! – I just went to Truffles for the first time today and I'm kicking myself for not going sooner! When I first walked in I was politely greeted by the girl behind the counter/large display case and she said she would take my order as soon as I was ready. Their display case is great....you can see everything really clearly and the food looks delicious! They have hot meals you can pick up on a daily basis, specials and both hot and cold meals. Their tuna melt is delicious and their baked goods...a little slice of heaven! I've tried their Whoopie Pies (which by the way are huge), the peanut butter bars - my favorite! and the blueberry cream cheese lemon bars which were also delicious! Oh and I almost forgot: When I opened up my lunch I was pleasantly surprised to see not only a large portion, but also macaroni salad and a slice of cake - which was great! I've heard that they offer gluten free products here too!
Terribly rude service with not so good food – The person taking my order was so rude and snotty. She acted like it was a huge burden and that I was wasting her time. My food was not very good, dry cup cakes, m ham sandwich was super fatty so it was impossible to eat. The store is so tiny there is not room to wait for your order with out getting stepped on. But the worst part was how incredibly rude the people who work there are. Totally not worth it
