Please click on savyshopper2 and notice that they somehow found the need to shop at 2 different Home Decor locations that are over 700 miles apart. They're either lying to you in a rather unintelligent fashion or paid someone to dishonestly write favorable reviews. Either one kept me from even mentioning the place to my mom in Illinois. I told her Target or Value City. Hope you folks have the same or similar options.
This store is awesome – Wow! This store is great and so is the staff. I could not believe the value of the furniture this company is selling. I have shopped around for a specific looking sofa and loveseat and was very pleased that this store had a huge selection and most of all what I wanted. The associate set up delivery for me with an independent delivery service and made sure that my product was perfect and shipped the day we had set up. I have nothing but good things to say about this store, their products, and the service that I have received. One very satisfied customer.
Reasonably Priced – I often browse the store for ideas until I needed a chest, black to be exact for my daughter bedroom. She wants to change it from youth to teen and her colors will be pink black & white. I thought I would have to by bedroom sets until a sales person corrected that thought told me to put $5.00 down to hold it until I could pick it up the next day. I was convinced that I would be getting the rest of her furniture from here as well as new living room furniture. I will say that customer service could improve just a tad bit but overall the store appearance, stock room service and customer service was 3 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good work people...and work on customer service. Everyone is not passing along the same information to customers.
Home Decor Liquidators – My wife and I first went to Home Decor to put a Klick Klak set on Lay Away which they provide at no charge. We were told by the salesman that as long as we paid it off within a few months then there would be no problem of them having the set in stock or readily available. We made payments every few weeks and today went to pay the set off, only to find that they have none in stock and don't see any coming in the near future. Well, at this point im sort of upset, but I realize these types of things happen. So I asked the manager Kristine if we could just get our money back and she rudely explained that we couldn't. She said that we would have to pick something else from the store, since they didn't have the set we originally wanted. I don't see how we can be punished for them not keeping their end of the bargin. The salesman said that once you make the initial payment they put the set on hold for you. I see now that he was obviously lying. I just think it's unfair that we get punished because they give false information. Also, to be honest.....I wouldn't even have complained if the manager wasn't so rude. If she could have explained in a nicer tone why we couldn't get our money back, I could have excepted it a little better. She needs a lesson on how to treat customers. All in all, I feel this place ripped us off! Thanks for listening!
Best place to buy good quality funiture as well as the good prices. – Best funiture store around good on prices as well as quality. I have recommended them to everyone I know as well as people from other parts of the state. They also have a really good layaway plan.
