A JOKE! – If you're sick or injures, it would be better to go to a veterinarian than this hell hole. The staff is rude, at best.

Half of the time you cannot find an empoyee. When you do, they act like you are a bother, and, if they do, in fact, what you need, such as help you get to the restroom to urinate, it is clear that they resent it.

And, if you call to complain, don't expect it to go far-- it won't they act as if you are a novelty.

My son was brought in for dehydration, from vomiting and diarrhea, by ambulance. Perhaps they weren't laughing at us, but darn if there wasn't a hilarious situation somewhere that the head nurse and EMS driver had to address first and foremost. Then this male nurse sent us to the waiting room. They called us back. When they checked his standing blood pressure- which of course, caused him to almost black out, this male nurse actually argued with the triage hurse that that blood pressure was too low to be accurate, all the while my son, 13, was clinging to a doorway yelling "I'm going to faint, someone help me!"

The triage nurse ordered the male nurse to get him a room. Male nurse, "but we have no clean ones." My son was totally white by then.

Triage nurse, "Well then, GO CLEAN ONE."

A few minutes later he male nurse, disgruntled, returned to get my son, obviously faking low blood pressure, to go to a room.

45 minutes later a doctor came in and determined, "He's very dehydrated," I think, "You don't say!"

He gets an IV and a shot -we lrave 3 hours later.

Another time, I am in the trauma center. I have to urinate, and because of my injuries, I cannot move. Besides, I didn't see a restroom, anywhere. I wait and wait and wait. I had glanced at the bed for a call button and not seen one, but I look harder this time --- THE BED IN A TRAUMA UNIT HAD NO CALL BUTTON. I wait. Then, honestly, I forget about it. Why? I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN.

FINALLY, A NURSE COMES - "I need pain medication; whatever you gave me isn't working."

The nurse returns with a tetanus shot. I had told them I had one a year ago. Gee, this will help.

About 30 minutes later I am given a pill, one pill, and sent home. I had been in a horrible accident, had stitched on my shoulder, arm, and hand.. They thought my hand may be broken (but didn't x-ray it.) And my leg was too sore to walk on (no x-ray) and I get Novocaine for stitches, a tetanus shot, a pill, and cannot pee - there's no call button. Had there been whomever I called would have just gotten mad for me calling anyway.

DON'T GO HERE!!!
