I am very unsatisfied with the service I received at Cartown Kia USA. After telling them I didn't want to take the car with me, they assured me that it would be approved. After 5 days of keeping the car they took it back. It would have been a lot less embarrassing for them to have turned me down on the spot. That shows me that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I will not ever recommend them to anyone!
Great car buying experience – My son (who is in the Navy)and his wife came in to buy a car that they found on the internet. When we arrived at Car Town Kia we were greeted by a salesman named (Adam Richey). He worked patiently with the kids and me the mother to help them buy their first car. They purchased a dark red 2010 Forte which they love. They drove it to my sons next assigned station in Maryland. They only had to stop for gas one time....AWESOME.... They plan on coming back to buy another vehicle next year. My husband and I will also be back to purchase one in the future.

First car I bought – I went to Kia with an open mind. I didn't know a lot about Kia but wanted to take them into consideration while shopping. My salesman was James and he spent a great deal of time informing me on the Kia brand. I never would have thought I would buy a car that day but to be honest with you he sold me on the product. I couldn't justify buying anything else. Kia has the best product and warranty in my book. Kia has the most bang for your buck. This is the first car I bought that I didn't second guess the next day. I would recommend a Kia to anyone.
5 star service – The desire to serve customers to the best of their abilities was evident the moment we set foot on their lot. We were shopping for a car and this was the first stop because of prior experience with the KIA brand and the high quality ratings given to the product by various car consumer test drivers. We were upfront to the salesman, Don, about our numerous considerations for purchasing a new vehicle. Quality and reliability. Power and gas mileage. Price. Trade in allowance. Payments. Warranty. Don, assisted by Todd and the finance manager came up with a deal we couldn't refuse. A used seven passenger SUV in excellent condition and low mileage. An excellent trade-in allowance, 5 yrs. of oil changes by dealer, 7 year bumper to bumper warranty (5 yrs. extended), all for a payment under $240.00 at 4.4%. The car was brought back the next day for a minor service item. The service and customer treatment was 5 stars... Nuff said!!!
Very happy with their service – I wanted to purchase a used truck for my son, but my price range wasn't much. I had been shopping all day when I stopped by. Don and David worked with me. They didn't even have a truck there, but called other dealers to find one. I was very happy with their service. I was getting frustrated because I didn't have much to spend, but they went out of there way for me.
We have never had such a great experience. We were treated like royalty. Our salesman, Jason Andrews was better than any car salesmen we have ever had. We only spent a total of about 4 hours for the whole deal. We went with the Optima LX in mind. Jason met us at the door, he talked to us for about 5 minutes and said "Great, lets look at cars. He walked us around the lot and helped us find Exactly what we wanted. The car had just arrived off the truck. We went back in and he started the paperwork. We had called the day before and gave him most of our information. They have the greatest layout in their showroom. Patio tables were all over the place, and that's where we talked the deal over. We were not stuck in some small office or in a cubicle, and left alone. The deal was worked out in such a small time, not hours. They gave us what we thought our car was worth, they worked the deal so that it was a payment we could afford. Jason Andrews was so great, he had such a pleasant personality, and it was like being with someone you already knew, or even like one of the family. All the paperwork was explained to us in great detail, we understood everything. We walked out about 4 hours later, with a great car.They even cleaned it for us before we left, even though it was a brand new car, and filled it up with gas.
I can not say enough of how please we were. I would recommend Cartown KIA to everyone, and everybody.
If your looking for a car, new or used, go to them first, because I think you will never go anywhere else, and leave with a great experience and a great car.We were even called the day after and told they had found another bank that would finance us for a cheaper percentage rate, and our payment went down even lower.
We will definitely go back when we are looking again.

Lifelong Cartown customers – I went in to Cartown Kia in search of a truck. I thought it was pretty far fetched that they would have anything but low and behold they had a couple to choose from. The ford ranger they had was perfect!!! It had everything I was looking for. They have a car/truck for everyone.
Exactly what I wanted – I had a great experience whith the crew at Cartown Kia. James jeff and the finance guy were very friendly and helpful which made the dreaded car buying process very easy. I love my soul and have sent several people in that have bought cars. I stop in from time to time just to chat.
A great experience – We had a great expierence with Kenny. He spent an hour with me going over everything on the 2008 Sorento. Then my wife arrived & he explained everything to her & answered any questions she had to bring her up to speed. We ended up buying the van that night but Greg in finance did call me the next morning to say the loan didn't go through at that rate but he was able to get the same rate with 5/3rd bank. The problem with that is we had to go back to the dealer ship to resign the papers on saturday. All I can say is that Kenny made everything better with his great attitude & he always calls me back (even after we bought the van). If you plan on going to Kia in Nicholasville then I would suggest asking for Kenny & tell him Austin sent ya!
Very, very pleased – I went to Car Town Kia with the intention of leasing, but after I got there and talked to Matt and he explained everything to me I deceided to purchase a Kia. I was very, very pleased with Matt and his salesmanship. He was very helpful and told me and my wife evrything we needed to know. I am very pleased to do busines with Matt and Car Town Kia. I have and will tell other people about him. He was great to work with.
