Bad Customer Service. I normally would not go through the hassle to write a review ... but this company takes the cake. My wife made and appointment a week in advance to get our heating system checked out ... took off a day of work when they scheduled the appointment. They were suppose to call the day before to confirm, they did not, so she called on the day scheduled. They claim that they did not make an appointment for her on that day ... but the next. She would not have taken the day off is she knew they were not going to show. When confronted they said they would "try" and show on the original date ... but it would be within a 5 hour window. Bad customer service. Turned them into BBB.

Air Max does great work!. I am extremely pleased with Air Max's service. I owned my own A/C business for 18 years and these guys know what they are doing. Prompt service, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. I use them at both of my homes. I highly recommend them.

More dishonest than you can imagine!. Airmax is absolutely the worst repair company I've ever worked with. I truly believe that most companies are honest and that issues arise from simple misunderstandings. That's not the case with Airmax - they are more dishonest than you can imagine. There are too many air conditioning repair companies in the DFW area for you to put up with the incompetence and dishonesty of Airmax!

Not only did Airmax take 38 days to repair my air conditioner, they charged me hundreds of dollars for items that a city inspector and their own repairmen said were in perfect working condition. In fact, each of the 3 technicians they sent to our house came up with a different list of "critical" items that needed replacement. I am an American Home Shield customer, so AHS forced me to continue using Airmax even after I expressed my concerns. We had a choice of paying for the extra items or delaying the repairs even further. After 38 days of a Dallas summer without air conditioning, we chose to pay the excess charges.

We attempted to discuss our questions with the company owners (Scott and Art), but they were unable during the 38 day repair period to find a few minutes to speak with us.

If you need the work done correctly and in a timely manner, avoid these clowns!

The worst service. AIRMAX Service Masters in Celina Texas has absolutely the worst response time, terrible communication, and terrible service.

Ordered service through AHS warranty, took them 2 working days and then through a weekend before they could come for an AC that was out in 100 degree weather.

Told that I needed a new unit on Monday, Thursday comes and they had not even ordered it yet, nor done the proper paperwork on the order.

Looks like maybe next week or thereafter before they can get it together to fix the problem, but I do not know since they do not call back to confirm anything.

I would not use this company again, there are many others out there.
