Outstanding – I had my 46 LCD Samsung keep switching auto motion plus on after i turned it off every 30 minutes... it wasn't on demo mode or anything, So i contacted samsung and they contacted DOCs electronics for me and within 4 days (because i called on a friday) they had someone out here, he just left and it took him approximately 3 minutes to fix. Everyone is just pissed off and writing bad stuff about them because they are inpatient and had to wait for a part that had to be sent from the tv manufacturer to the store which probably took a while. When in fact they try there best to do there job as good a quality as they can so take it from me they're legit at their job.
This is where TV's go to die...should of known better – I took my 42 phillips plasma to Doc's back in November for repair of a power issue, after repeat phone calls and messages I rarely get any information regarding the progress of my repair. I just keep getting the run around that part is on back order, or that it will be in later that week but that never comes. I give up. I really really should of went with my gut instinct. The so called shop is just filled with old TV's with dust all over them, thats obvious that they have been there for a long long time, and staff was far from professional.

Professional Service – Doc's took almost two months to repair my tv, but this was only due to the delay in receiving replacement parts from Panasonic. Doc's was quick to come out to my home for the initial service, and quick to deliver the unit all the way to Georgetown once the unit was repaired. In the meantime, the communication was very timely from both the home store and the mobile tech agent (Mike). All the staff were very professional.
Thanks, Doc's. You did the best you possibly could.
ITS A LIE about the Tech! – The comment on the Tech Mike Lasley
THIS IS A LIE! I am not sure who this is that posted this comment about this tech but it is absolutely not true. If you look up the definition for slander in websters you come up with the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation. You CAN be sued. Furthermore on the lines of name calling and you being married to a African American man this tech's Dad is a African American so anyone that knows Mike will know that part of your comment IS a lie.I am turning your name into Authorities and hopefully they will find you so Doc's AND Mike can sue you for Slander. You WILL reap what you sow.
DO NOT USE THIS TECH (MIKE LASLEY) – II called Doc's Electronics for service on my Mitsubishi DLP that was having a problem that makes a message appear on the screen that the TV is overheating and will soon shut down, after some research I learned that this is a very common problem with this particular model, and also was a very simple fix. Doc's electronics sent out Mike Lasley to do the repair for the unit. After turning the set on and seeing the error message displayed Mike said that it would be $350 to repair the unit with out even taking it apart and checking it. Then he told me that if I called in an cancelled my appointment with Doc's that he would do it for $200 on the side, I thought about it but decided against it, one because it is wrong and two, if it messed up again then there would be no warranty, so I asked him to check it and make sure of the problem, his attitude change immediately, and you could tell that he wasn't happy.
So he checked the TV and said that the sensor needed to be repaired(just as I read on the internet) So he said that it would be $350 and I told him that I did not want to move forward with the repair because of the price and then he began haggling me about letting him fix it on the side, I presciently told him no and asked him to leave, So he quickly gathered his tools and told me to fix it my Fu**ing self, and left my TV apart in the living room with my two small children. Also I am married to an African American man, (he must have seen the family pictures on the wall) he also called me a N**GG*R loving b**ch. and F myself.
I have never felt so disrespected in my own home and he should be happy my husband was not home or he might have gotten shot.
This occurrence happened back in July or June but I discovered this website just yesterday
I believe that this event never happened. Because Doc's Electronics logs every call into a computer and we have searched all fields and have not had a call on a Mitsubishi temperature problem for the whole year of 2011. This person never called Doc's to register a complaint against Mike. We believe that this is a made up story.
doc electronics ......horrible place – All these other poor people are right this is a sorry company, can't believe how they stay in business...they will not call you back, they say they don't have the paper work will call you back and they don't...they say can't find anything wrong with my tv but will not bring it back...im going after it today. sorry for all the others...and rude too.
Worst Company EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER. – WORST COMPANY EVER, HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE FROM ANY COMPANY. I bought a big screen from Circuit City and when my tv went bad they sent me to Doc's Electronics to get its fixed this was on December 20th. The order was for a bulb for my tv. It is now January 27th and i still cant get a honest answer from any one there. If you have any option of using ANOTHER COMPANY... DO IT.
This company should be known for the worst service ever. Every review written is about their bad service. I bought a TV from HH Greg and it had problems after 10 months. I called Samsung in December 07 who sent out DOC'S ELECTRONTIC'S to fix the problem. Doc's said it was two panels and should take about 2 weeks times. It is now mid March 2008 (THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING) and still not fixed. They have never called me about the delays. I have always had to call them and they say they will call you back but they don't. According to them the part is now back ordered. If you are referred to this company because of a warranty, make them contract with someone else to fix the problem. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible service – Unfortunately, I'm having to use this company because I have an HH Gregg warranty. But, if not for that, I'd look elsewhere. Delays in ordering parts, returning calls and scheduling. If you have a choice, I'd recommend that you choose another!
Do not go through this company! – It's been 2 months and my TV is still not repaired, they keep saying that the part will be in anyday now and I've just given up hope. I've called everyone under the sun to try and get it resolved but it just won't happen. This company is terrible!
