Bad Business practices – BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Read on for my experience with this place.

I thought I would try this place since it is just around the corner from my house. I found their menu online, thought a supreme sounded good and called them for a pickup order. The girl gave me the total which was 4 dollars higher than the menu price online. I told her the price online was 11.99 but she said it was 15.99. I asked to speak to the manager to explain the problem and this guy gets on with an attitude and tells me the price is 15.99 and I am on the wrong website cause the price is 15.99.

I would have normally just let this go but the guy was so rude (and I had time to wate), so I argued for 5 minutes about what the website said. He even told me he was looking at the menu right then and it said 15.99. So since I was already gonna go to the grocery store to pick up dinner, I told him I would be right over with my computer to show him he was wrong.

The guy, who claimed to be the owner, told me that the site was not his, then he typed in his website, which was the same thing and sure enough, the site said $11.99. Then he tried to tell me I was reading the price wrong, that it said 15.99 to him. Then he said my computer was displaying it wrong, like the price that was next to the name "Supreme pizza" was mis-aligned. Then he said I was just wrong cause the menu hanging in the store said 15.99 and I was wrong, he was right and the price online didn't matter anyway because. Just because.

I would recommend you save your money and go around the corner to Palios, which has much better pizza at a much better price.
