We initially contacted DS online and I talked with someone who said they would call be back after I described our situation, but no call came. I called the next day and was connected to Mr. Humphrey he retrieved our information and called us every step of the process. He was also available to get us into a different vehicle with lesser miles than the original Durango I had informed about. He walked with us all the way through the process; never did he get frustrated or not stay in contact with us. I highly recommend driver select. When other didn’t and would call Mr. Humphrey did, and we are happy about that.
I had the best car buying experience with Driver's Select. It was so easy that I couldn't believe it. My sales person Gene was incredible. He was very nice and helpful. I got a 2012 Chrysler 300 with low mileage and it drives great. If you are looking for a car, I would suggest you give them a call. I went to the one across the street from the Dallas Zoo.
Great website and facility – It was easy from the standpoint that they have tons of pictures on the site, making it easy and actually I had researched multiple vehicles
Easy process – I liked it because I went to a bunch of other websites, and they were very difficult to navigate,
and the information was deficient.
On driversselectcom site I could get what I wanted and it was easy to navigate.
I strongly recommend! – I showed up to driversselect at 3 pm on Monday. Jamie greeted me promptly and showed the car I was interested in.
After only an hour the car buying experience was finished, hassle free.

Impressive dealership and people – We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release.
Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership.
When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. He also followed up with my husband to see how I was enjoying the vehicle a few days after we had driven off your lot.
In closing, I must say that Steven was directly responsible for our sale and we will at any given opportunity, highly recommend DriversSelectcom and particularly Steven as a salesman. If your train all your sales staff the way you have trained Steven we see nothing but success for you in the future and we will certainly be repeat customers.
Worst "non" car buying experience ever – Led (used loosely) by "Sam", the GM, this was far and above the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wasted 4 days of my time on what I thought appeared to be a good and finally done deal on an '06 Lexus GX 470. All to be called this morning and told that "a buyer from NC bought the vehicle over the phone last night". I wish I could give ZERO stars. I'll go back to Sewell Lexus and work with Will as I have done on my last two car deals. They may charge a little bit more but it's worth every penny to avoid the Wal-Mart experience you get at DS. Stay away!
Waste of time – BE HONEST! They tell you you're approved and make you drive to their location and drive off with a car, only to be called back and asked to return the vehicle because the bank does not like the terms - why would you let anyone leave the lot in a car if you know they're not 100% approved? Complete waste of time.
Love my Lexus and totally worth saving over $5k – My experience was really good I’ve gotta say I think we were really lucky cause its my first time visiting driversselect and Dylan was the first guy I met he was very friendly he was great in fact I just sent him my brother last week and he bought an ML350 too.
This was painless process I was just listening to the radio and then decided to check out the website and after looking at the cars on there they looked very clean, in great shape and prices that were almost too good to be true but I gave it shot went in and it was great. I don’t know exactly how much I saved but I do know it was at least $5000 on my 2007 Lexus GS350. best part aside from me savings loads of cash was there was No Haggling at all and even now anytime I have a question about anything Dylan answers all my calls and even my texts… I had a really good time
