Collision Maxx is TERRIBLE!!! They had my car almost 51 days, and still returned my car with pieces not fixed! They billed my insurance for these parts, cashed the check but never actually fixed the parts! Then told me I was out of luck! That my insurance would have to pay more money for the parts because they supposively never recieved any payment for the parts! While my insurance shows they have already paid for all of these parts! Never ever use them!! It has now been 74 days since my wreck and I am still having to deal with these people! They told me my car would be ready for the next day for 3 weeks!! Once I was finally aloud to pick my car up there was still broken pieces in the engine, and pieces missing! The check engine light was on, as well as a giant whole in the battery!!! If you use them plan on a total disaster and money down the drain!!!

Customer service sucks!! No communication skills. Keith was horrible to me on the phone. They never called me to let me know anything and when I asked why I wasn't notified about my car not being ready Keith told me he was too busy for that and what does he expect me for him to do? call me 5 times a day? No Keith , but you can learn how to be more respectful to your customers and if you tell a customer their car is going to be ready on a certain day make sure it is ready or call the customer and apologize. Your customers would like that. Also it is none of your business who our rental company is and how much we pay and then tell us that if we decide to pick an upgrade is not your problem it is ours.

OUR CAR NOT BEING READY IS YOUR PROBLEM !!!

YOU should have been focused on that instead of being ugly to me. There is no reason to be ugly to your customers and get defensive. When my husband picked up the car Keith was still being ugly and my car was dirty inside and out.

Thank You Collision Maxx – I took my car in because of a hit and run accident. I was already upset to start with when I got to the collision repair shop, but soon I spoke with Jennifer and she assured me that everything would be ok and that I would be back in my vehicle in no time. She wasn't kidding Collision Maxx finished my vehicle a week faster then originally anticipated and it was a spectacular job. My brand new car was new again. I never thought it would look the same, but it did. Anyone who is debating over where to take your vehicle I would say don't overlook this location. Jennifer thank you and thank you to the entire Collision Maxx family for making this so easy!

My car looks great again! – I dropped off my Ford Mustang last Monday on 2/27/12, Keith dealt with the insurance company for me and got me in my rental car. Keith called me once or twice to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. Picked it up last night 3/6/12 and it looks as good as new. A good portion of the front end was pushed in, I can't tell it had been wrecked! Thanks Keith!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE – We took our truck in 11/18. They have had our truck for 4 weeks...we were originally told repairs for hail damage would take 9-12 days. The last 3 calls we made we were told it was in for painting, it would be ready tomorrow. That was last week. A call placed yesterday (12/14) informed it would be ready tomorrow (12/15). A call placed today (12/15) informed it would be ready next Monday (12/19). Called 12/19, was told it would be ready 12/21 and it finally was. So, that's 33 days. Just a little off from the 9-12 days they said. If you have to rent a car while your ride is in the shop you'd be better off to pay the deductible and take it to a dealership. NO STARS! I wish there were a way to publish a negative number for Collision Maxx.

WORST EVER/LIERS – First off II was told it would take two weeks to repair my Ford Escape here it is now 4 weeks later and was done to it but parts taken off. If it was to be longer why did any of the staff call me and inform me well they do not give a crap they have it there and there is not a thing i can do about it thats they way i feel. I called there on Friday September 23 at 12:39 (yes I am keeping notes) and ask to speak with M.B. the lady thhat answer the phone inform me that what M.B. tolld me was wrrong. I was tolld that my doors(driverr side) was in by M.B. but the lady inform me she made a mistake on a suv that came in thhe same time mine did which turn out to bbe a lie #2. It is n ow October 4,2011 and my doors have not come in,you are telling me it take over 4 weeks to just to get doors. When i went into the work area because no one was in the front office where our infomation is kept i just walled right in to the bay area and one ask me what i was doiing there this was at 9:46am 10-4-2011 very sad. still no answer when my truck will be done. i am in the army resv. i can not makke duty because they still have not done a thhing. they say most parts are inn just not the doors well why not fix the other parts so when my dooors do come in (maybe at the first of the year) than they only have that to do now when the doorrs do come in it will take longer to finish. i am so trying hard not to put bad words on here but they suck big tiime. if they would do thhis to someone in the military they will do it to anyone. I have a spiinal injury that i got while in iraq and my seats r fitted for my back now am in so much pain it is crazy.. i will try and locate ever bllog i can and let the peopl know it is worth you paying your debuctible and do not take your car/truck etc to COLLISION MAXX IN BURLESON,TEXAS...They do not have serviced skills not at all. i will post every day and also in the nnewspaper until my truck is totally done....Toney

Worst body shop in town – I gave it just 1 star because they did save me my deductible for repairing hail damage. I would have rather taken my car to my usual repair shop, Caliber Collision, and paid my deductible and get my car back in less than a week. They had my car 3 weeks, they have no customer service skills what so ever, they didn't communicate with me at all about the status of my car, if they had, I could have possibly intervened with my insurance and got them what they need, instead they just let 6 days go by. I finally went down there and demanded to know what was going on, why taking so long. Then when they finally got what they needed to finish my car, they parked it back outside on a weekend, unlocked!!! I saw another car there too, windows down also unlocked, they obviously do not care about your car. I had to call them on Monday to check the status, they finished it, they wanted to clean it up, it was pretty dusty. So I pick up my car, they hand me the key and that's it. They didn't walk me outside to show me the repairs, ask if I was satisfied, nothing. I won't be going back to that place ever again.
