Emotional stability – Usually when I do Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration I feel a lot of energy moving in my body. It starts from my head and works its way down. The one time I felt a lot more was just a few days ago when I took the Brain Management Consultant course with Regional Director Kim. I had shaking through my torso that felt like it was out of my control. It was a vibration that I didn’t feel like I brought on myself. And I had a very clear image of my grandmother on my right and my mother on my left. My grandmother recently passed away and I had been having trouble letting go of her. I also had a lifetime of anger towards my mother. Then I had a very clear image of my grandmother slowly floating away. I was watching her and I was trying to hang on. Eventually I wasn’t holding on anymore. Something made me then turn to my left and next thing I know my mother was right next to me. I don’t know when she got there. I automatically opened my arms to her as if I was accepting her and forgiving her for all the anger I’ve had for many years. And it’s probably just a start but I’ll take that and continue to do Brain Wave Vibration
Sense of inner peace – I began Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration four days ago and it’s been an incredible experience. Initially, I wasn’t exactly sure what I was trying to accomplish, but by day three I got a glimpse of what I believe I’m striving for. Rather than feeling like I’m just rattling my brains around, I was able to go deeper and for a time, my awareness wasn’t confined to my head. I felt like I was floating in space without walls or limitations. I’m not able to hold onto this feeling for very long, but I’m getting there. Since beginning Brain Wave Vibration, my digestion in particular has improved, and I feel calmer and more serene.
I loose weight – I’ve been doing Dahn yoga & BWV for 10 months and I can say, it works! I no longer have to take medication for Acid Reflux or pain relievers for constant headaches. I don’t grind my teeth any more. I have lost 20 lbs without even trying. My friends and family noticed how calm I have become. The great thing is you can do it any time you are feeling out of sorts and within minutes you feel better. Having the right rhythmic music helps with the practice, so I recommend getting the Brain Wave Vibration music CD. I have shared this practice with my family and friends and they have their own stories to tell on how they have started healing themselves. WOW!
Great benefit – When I'm traveling, I use Brain Wave Vibration while sitting in the airport or on the plane. It helps me to relieve anxiety and stress. I keep my Brain Wave Vibration CD with me while I'm traveling and I do the intestinal breathing exercises while I'm sitting in the airport or on the plane. I can do the Brain Wave Vibration while I'm waiting in the airport because you know, when you move your head back and forth, people think you're just loosening up for the trip, but really I'm relaxing and clearing my mind to be more alert for whatever comes with a positive attitude! I usually have very little jetlag once I arrive at my location, but it used to really bad before I used Brain Wave Vibration. I would always have anxiety but now I'm more relaxed and take my time. I'm never in a rush. I think joining Dahn Yoga and learning Brain Wave Vibration has been the best investment and preventative health care that I could have found.

It's great exercise! – I have regularly attended classes and workshops as a member of the Dahn Center since 1995. I truly believe that the physical and mental exercises, combined with the stretching and meditation, have helped me reduce that stress and have brought fulfillment and peace to my overall being. For Relaxation and Renewal – This is an incredible way to relax and renew your spirit. The head instructor is so energetic and she creates a congenial atmosphere where participants really do let go of their stress and build up strength.

exercise shouldn't hurt – Please read the reveiw of the Humble location titled "scary scam cult". I had the same experience with the addition of the "master" hitting me so hard on my liver (you exercise your organs, not your muscles at Dahn yoga) that I buckled over in pain and almost screamed. The rest of the class thought it funny. I wish I had been able to take the "free" class they advertise. I never would have signed up for a membership.
