Amazing service - and KNOWLEDGE and follow through. Best in town. Worth the wait for an appointment. – Wow! Our builder sent my husband and me to a couple of nice showrooms, but we either found sales people who were new and didn't know too much, or they were really busy and couldn't get to us -- even when we made appointments. I had to wait a few days to get an appointment with Kaitlyn (and that was irritating to me because I wanted to get this process going), but I'd heard good things about her. So I waited. She greeted me at the door, asked what I'd like to drink with the cookies that were already baked and warm. This is a private showroom, but her prices are pretty much the same as other showrooms I visited - sometimes a little more - but not often. (I didn't care after I was done. It's worth it to spend a little more to get them to do your home.) I was the only person in the showroom other than Kaitlyn and her assistant. She is open only by appointment, so NO INTERRUPTIONS. (Except after her assistant left, she did pick up the phone and ask if she could call whoever back.)
We worked until around 7:00 that night and finished all but a few details. Then the next day, she came out to see the house. She found a couple of potential problems, which I addressed with the superintendent.
She drew a plan for all of the showers so the superintendent could be certain the plumber had installed the pipes correctly. I could check too. I purchased my marble from Walker-Zanger - and I purchased all the slabs that matched, so if the plumbing wasn't installed correctly, it would be horrible.
Kaitlyn came out to see my house at least 3 times during the construction. She may have been there more often. I think she should charge for these visits.
I love my home, and even when it was driving me crazy, Kaitlyn always had a smile for me or a voice of empathy.
Oh, one thing I noticed was that she did not leave anything out of her initial bid. So it looked like it was more expensive, but it wasn't because the other showrooms forgot things.
