Darn good Tex-Mex!. Rancho de Viejo offers a lot of standard Tex-Mex food. There are some really outstanding dishes. I love the Mexican burger; think cheeseburger added with a thick slice of ham, sliced avacado and jalapenos on the side with thick cut fries. Breakfasts are excellant, especially the tamales and hash browns. The corn tortillas are freshly made on the premises, thick and chewy! The carne guisada is also a plus. Margaritas are excellant for the price.
